Disgraceful that there's still no updates. Has anyone heard anything. The website is a ghost town with out of date information and contact details. Very frustrated with myself for listening to motley fool. Do your own research! Lesson learned.

I don't mind losing an investment. It's ultimately a gamble and you take a risk.

What I do mind is being taken for a ride and lied to. Repeatedly. If there were clear irrefutable hazards and operational issues this should have been made clearer to shareholders.

The deviousness and lying is despicable.

I suspect the next announcement to be basically worded in such a way "sorry we tried our best but outside forces have ruined all the good we had going". I hope to be proven wrong but I can see it a mile off.

Yeah, this looks done. The silence is deafening. The time has nearly run out before delisting and over a week since last RNS. Lots of alarm bells. In retrospect you need to wonder why there were so many amateur and baffling decisions made. Last time I invest in a company overseas I think.

Ok I am really concerned now. We have until November 8th to secure a new nomad. Clock is ticking, would like to see some rns update but at the moment it is radio silence. It does not look good. I would like to be wrong. Anyone have any more updates to share ?

It does seem highly unlikely that a new nomad would be secured now. When Cannacord resigned the number 1 priority would have been securing a new nomad as fast as possible, this has not happened and several weeks have passed. Along with the myriad of other issues I am very sceptical it will happen now. Ideally I am wrong. We will see.

We have to ask ourselves a question : what is in it for any potential new nomad? What would they gain ? Would you take this company on as a client given all the information in the rns re threats and labour unrest ?

I think therein lies our answer. It's been 2+ weeks already and we are not any closer to a new nomad. Coincidence, I think not.

A couple of the most skilled sales people have moved to new companies it seems as well. Overall it looks like a bubble about to burst unfortunately.

Nope. There's several options - the simplest being bankruptcy. Shareholders are usually bottom of the queue in any scenario. Today's rns was not what I wanted to see. Extremely worrying. Lots of stuff you don't expect to be associated with a successful business.

Call me pessimistic but this rns is the beginning of the end I think. It's extremely alarming having had time to digest it.

It's been 2 weeks since share suspension and they have stated in this rns that there is no certainty a new nomad will be found despite advanced discussions. What nomad is going to want absolutely any association with some of the things mentioned in RNS? A potential nomad would gain nothing but headaches, just doesn't seem worth it for them. The RNS essentially warns us that a new nomad might not be found.

I could see the end result being shareholder wipeout and company goes private. They will be able to blame it on external factors outwith their control and this rns seems like the volley before the serve.

If you were going to put out an rns warning shareholders of wipeout while being careful to limit damage and deflect blame, this would be the sort of thing you would write.

Please, tell me if I'm wrong. Running out of hope now. It's the hope that kills you. It's been 2 weeks and I feel like a new nomad would have been instated by now if it were going to happen. I think it's over 😞

To me it's a really negative rns though. It could be construed that they are setting the groundwork and preparing us for bad news. That's just my 2 cents.

Lots to digest. Immediate thoughts are it's pretty negative. They've conceded there's been lots of unrest and that there is no guarantee of securing a new nomad. It's the first time they have properly admitted it's not all flowers and roses. Not sure what to make of it. Thoughts???

The fact axis are still willing to invest half a million quid despite the share currently being suspended from aim is overwhelmingly positive. Probably the other half are just waiting until new nomad before resuming investment. I'm really confident if new nomad is found! I suspect there will be a rocky period at first but confidence will grow and ideally share price will take off.

Yes I agree it could hold merit. The latest rns are very reassuring. The fact they were already searching for a new nomad and the fact investors are still happy to proceed. Optimism. I was also able to contact an individual from the company and they confirmed there has been some disruption but that now things are very firmly up and running again and they are actively building up the skill levels of new employees with widespread training.

What price do you think we will open at? I think we should continue to support the company during this difficult time.

I finally got some replies. Not from head office but the persons asked to remain anonymous obviously. I can reassure you the business has been functioning as usual in the last week and you can ignore the fake news of worker riots etc

I can confirm that there has been some false information spread prior in this thread. One can't but feel someone is trolling.

I have managed to speak to some people from woodbois and they have confirmed it's been business as usual and business has been running even today.

No. Creditors come first. Any money owed to banks or suppliers or employees comes first. If a company is n serou debt then shareholders will be wiped out as bottom of the queue. What is unethical is if a company misleads but the whole thing stinks. I think we are finished sadly.

Still absolutely nothing. Something very sinister is going on. Absolutely no one replies and there's no ground news. Seems the political turmoil in Gabon is very unstable too at the moment. Also the addresses of woodbois on official website are just generic office or apartment blocks. There's something really bad here. There does need to be better regulation because it's the wild west on AIM and 3rd parties should do better due diligence before recommending investments.

None of the website contacts or LinkedIn profiles associated with woodbois have replied. None of the phone numbers work. None of the former sales people are traceable. I am beginning to think the whole thing has been a sham

It is absolutely disgraceful it really is. No answers nothing after getting people's hopes up with positively spun RNS. Why is there no evidence whatsoever on social media or employees speaking up? Has anyone found ANYTHING.
