if your on about Lesoza Enterprises Ltd & Winrose International Limited as per the holdings RNS, i would probably be careful of your comments as it could be construed as a libel statement

personal opinion is that the at least one of the 2 other Private Equity Firms in the placing a month ago dumped there shares and these have now been cleared

Field needs to be fully developed and thats revenue over a 20 year licence period - hence me giving it a 5% of Turnover as fair value
Everyone has there own metrics of working out fair value of an oil field development but most would say 5% is quite fair, we don't have CAPEX figures yet so i will revise any MCAP once i know more on these.

lets face it, he purchased 30% of a company for circa half a million and seen that investment grow, even in my deramping eyes with the updated CPR his investment at fair value is probably 5 or 6 times what he paid for it

I have made what i think is a fair 5% of Turnover as a decent Market Cap, considering that expenses are circa £1.3m per annum and then there is the CapEx / Finance Costs in the expansion

The people on here saying 0.4p later or 1p here we come haven't even provided anything other than follow the Sheikh

The RNS the other day was factually wrong in its wording - there are material differences
todays is a lot clearer and is understandable outlining where the reserves sit at with regards to probable, proven etc.
Next RNS we would think is more of a strategic Development plan from the AJE partnership outlining the Finance and how it reflects on the income and if any funds are needed from the partners

It just means Ben has been here a long time and seen them Consolidate and keep placing
the shares Ben has held for years are probably are worthless as they have seen AJE go wrong, the false hope of Mexico and numerous other disappointments along the way

MXO fair value on that RNS is circa £10m Market Cap in my honest opinion (5% of Revenue for an Asset that needs a lot of Development) - the producing element there is so small

In regards to Herencia, its been a long watch - no drilling now for 18months, i would be prepared for this to go in the next few months, we already know that the purse is virtually empty and no update on any finance, not even the usual £100k support loan from Lind and Darius

don't understand, Sheikh bought in at 0.04, i have just reviewed the RNS and only giving my opinion that a Share price of 0.2 / 0.25 (5/6 x what he has bought for) is more realistic given the technicals of AJE in the RNS, you tell me how anything in there was wrong
No one knows if there is any master plan from the Sheikh or not
it could just be he met Stefan in a meeting, got on, invested £500,000 because its nothing in he thought there is a small chance to make a little return
problem with people on here is my current price is multiples of where the Sheikh bought in at and still think there is more.
We are now working on the most up to date CPR report, anything else you want to add is pure speculation with zero factual evidence (unless you have spoken to the Sheikhs office direct)

i might get to a £10m MCAP on AJE with the Hope Value based on these figures
considering i was under £2m on the previous figures including the Sheikh Hope value

It does show the current production of AJE doesnt justify any sort of Market Cap without Development, best case $3,850,000 less the finance costs still to be paid (circa $1m judging by the lifting RNS) less the admin Expenses over 2 Years (£2m+) leaves nothing or little to shareholders

i would assume Multi Billionaire but no guarantee but we certainly know his direct family are Multi Billionaires

Sheikh isnt worth $38billion - we already know the one who is worth $38billion has no interest in this sector or MXO

i reckon it will be the other two (Lesoza Enterprises Ltd & Winrose International Limited ) who took place in the placing
they both are small investors who invested circa £73,000 in the placing who have seen there shares worth grow to £547,500 at 0.3p - probably too much profit for these not too take

Are you still in MXO - nice rise there but im not a fan of big rises just because of a Sheikh buying 30% at a real cheap price
Too many new people jumping in and will be well gone from there in the next few weeks
Still no change here in Herencia and no updates on website - just waiting for Funding which is in doubt judging from the last RNS
