I know the shares are per the agreement are unconvertible but could the courts not rule on this or agree formal demand of $30m due to default?

its a minimal number of shares in great scheme of things but it just asks questions why they aren't paying these with the funds raised

Conversion of bonds at approx 4 times current price, it’s a balance sheet exercise but helps the fundamentals, new investment as well, don’t know much on company but doesn’t hurt having some hopefully new income streams in the portfolio

Thats the problem with this board - everyone saying RNS intra day yesterday / after hours or no later than this morning when the previous RNS was that they had until yesterday to present the Defence's evidence, no judge is going to give what is probably well in excess of a hundred pages of legal and contractual information a quick glance and award a company $50m+, this will be well into the new year before any decent court takes time to go through all the information (potentially make further requests of evidence) before any award will be made, fact is, with Funding HOT's, if we can agree drawdown (will be after court decision as no way we will be borrowing funds of $20m+ to pay debts we may not need too) we will be in a great position to progress - hopefully the SP will reflect this in the coming months but more importantly the coming years as this is a long term investment that we know a lot of investors play a very short term game with

Obviously him / LIND / Darius are all getting on well
Still a major cash call required for new funds but it would seem LIND and Darius are going to remain as the funders for the right project - doubt we will here anything until next year since they have provided funds to manage on until then.

Another delay in capital raising - that will be over a year since the company actually even put a spade in the ground
Again the Conversion Price is dependent on the next capital raise so will have to wait until February for anything meaningful

while i think with the current number of shares and future shares taking in further placings and CLN's already in place, Herencia has been one of them shares that can spike quite quickly (a lot of the time on nothing more than a few hundred quids worth of trades) so if the timing is right there maybe money to be made, hes only put £750 in, for Apple thats like 1 minutes salary.

i reduced my FRR holding at 0.48 last month
i was way too highly invested in FRR and it was getting too much - like a good spread in AIM but kept getting caught as the price kept dropping as fundamentals look too good (albeit too much legal goings on)

This has so much potential - growing with every drill result
unfortunately won't rise until we get a proper update on LCCM / COBRE - market wants to see money been received
9-12 months time and we will see where we truly are - small Market Cap with hopefully 2 decent income generating sites and good potential at redmoor

As far as I read were not drilling these yet, just checking and preparing so my guess is MOU1 has said give us a plan for next 12 months we can work together on and we will supply the funding, materials etc, but not been too commital due to the 2nd MOU, I wonder when we will find the flow rates for the extra testing, 3 months from original JV RNS is end of this week / next week so got to be soon, looking forward to punching the numbers in my forecasts
