I won’t be buying as I don’t see enough value in AJE at current production levels, the best time MXO had was when they were trying to sell AJE to invest in Mexico
I will revisit mxo when phase 2 analysis and debt funding is sorted and see what the mechanics are but the AJE investment was always a constraint cause of the debt conditions, which still exist until next year
If this Sheikh was too provide a loan to the AJE partnership on non restrictive terms to the AJE partnership then that would really be something, but until phase 2 sorted this is a loss making company with no other income prospects

AJE has revenues and will go cash positive next year, MXO while has a Net Positve GP attributed in every sale, MXO is not receiving a penny in actual funds until the debt in the AJE is cleared, which will be early 2020, only then can it start distributing any profits to its investors, of which MXO has a 5% shareholding, based on current net bold to MCO of 150bopd at $30 profit per barrel there is actual net revenues to MXO of £1.2m per annum and this is less than current overheads so current forecasts at this level of production mxo will continue to be making a loss, in line with I said that the raise was for salaries, the RNS states working capital (no other investment) and it would legally have to state if it was and also all but one directors have scrapped the decision not to take salaries with immediate effect

Why the Sheikh has invested none of us know why but it’s such a small amount I wouldn’t get your hopes up on some master plan

Revenues from AJE are not going to start until next year at best, and when revenues do hit they aren’t going to cover overheads and the Directors Salaries they are now retaking, 150bopd at $30 a barrel isn’t a great return, see what the conclusions are on further field development are from the operators and form an opinion but operating as is is just going to fund the Directors and not the Shareholders

If there is an announcement they are investing in a new oil field in UAE then fine but until then, this will collapse like most pumps on AIM

I think with both Permits been agreed (both are critical) - then i think Colin will have enough to go back to some of the previously interested parties with a Sale Proposal / JV Proposal
If AST want to go alone, there is the reality that the current production rates are not covering overheads and the CAPEX for a Facility will have to be stumped up, probably by Bank Funding with a Shareholder Raise for Deposit / CLN's
