There are no placing imminent, but Duster is correct that if MXO are looking at new projects they will be needing a good chunk of funds from somewhere, there has been nothing from BOD in relation to this but we all know a company can't diversify into other projects without funding - MXO has limited funds after the raise last month and fairly high Working Capital Costs which need to be covered until actual revenue is received from AJE early next year

i thinks this guy could have purchased £59k worth today (every buy thats a round number less £12 trade fee)

wonder how much he has to invest and how many more family accounts he can set up today

its about 10m Buys to 5m sells
the 2.5m sell was delayed from 8am but showed as a buy - clearly a sell
somebody looks like they have bought 20k worth in 4 tranches by looks of it (probably for there ISA)

How can you blame the BOD for the ramping that happened - the company was never worth that in reality when you look at the facts.
They are in a strategic partnership with Newmont , you can't really ask for much more at this stage
MCAP should be between 5p-6p (so is undervalued) but this is going to take a few years to progress
This is a Sit and hold if you have the patience at these prices

to become knowledgeable in AIM you need to look at many shares
people on here often pick a fight with people with opposing views and it escalates
Am i a de-ramper or just someone with a different viewpoint that people take offence too
i would much rather discuss the shares pro's and con's but no one has really put up a concrete argument yet

Blue and red days happen, News is the driver, I have zero financial gain either way, I said at start pump and retrace, it was 33% up and finished 8% up, that’s some fall from days high, 2 big buys yesterday by looks of it

If the Sheikh is pushing this, if i was an MXO holder, i would ideally be looking for the funding to come from Sheikh related Investors into MXO as a Loan, to then forward loan to the AJE Partnership at a premium but overall is less costly than the current finance available to the partnership
At the same time, MXO could take security over the Assets and Field

my assumption would be that the price rose way too high on previously known information been confirmed which when was digested correctly resulted in a retrace
there may have been a lot of people buying this morning on the back of some of the comments this morning, possibly people expecting this to go above 0.4p in the near term and make a quick profit, but now sit in the red
people should always do there research into fundamentals and think carefully of what an RNS states and make there own decision based on the facts that are presented and not a load of ramptastic views which are very common on this board

I think the AJE one is the major current one as its well due now the updated CPR Report has been concluded and this step has a major impact on the company - the rest you mention may or may not happen with MXO albeit the Sheikh will be doing it in his day to day routine for all his investments - likely any news on what the sheikh brings will come later down the line than the next AJE update

The main newsflow will surely come from the AJE Partnership in progressing the next stage of the Development
thats the only really relevant influence on the market that has tangible value

100 shares is worth 30p so i would say your worrying about nothing

it doesnt matter what we think of each other or anyone else
i don't work for an investment firm but you only have my posting on here to go on what im like - i am a lot safer more boring investor these days with only a 'few' riskier shares

I don't worry about you gilogilo, for me albeit i don't think your a solicitor, you do seem to be experienced and prepared for the turbulence of AIM

whats your average Matt? how much you have invested?
it was 0.34 last week and you topped up a couple of grand but now in a healthy profit (a couple of grand can't have lowered your average too much.
sounds to me like your playing with something you aren't financially prepared for and getting too involved emotionally
