shame about the draw back but not unexpected without news
rose last week on no news and we assumed there was a leak / update due from newmont but nothing yet and this is falling
still undervalued without news imho but if positive newmont news lands hope for a more sustained re-rate

that was in the price rise of the new shares with Sheikh becoming president of ADME
His next deal will be under major scrutiny but personally i think this will take time

The only thing i can think is its to do with outgoing Directors maybe just wanting a clean break
They may be pre-sold to another party, possibly can't sell them until they have left but agreed to sell to another party, or they could be dumped as soon as they formally leave there positions or they could just be done because the holder has the cash now and wants to hold long term - we don't know but i think we will find out in the next few months

The Split would be very close in relation - circa 22% of the last placing was to other investors and 1.8m warrants is circa 22% of 8m (not exact but very close)

its not really a surprise though
they have the warrants as stated, they are priced at pre-sheikh involvement so really cheap (less than 20% of current SP)
they are on the way out
easy way to make a fast few quid as they leave - it was mentioned on the old MXO board you have to use 5bn shares (50m now) in your market cap calculations to get a fair assessment

i think months is very realistic and in the world of business not long at all
Remember anything that comes other than AJE is brand new to the company and until the BOD is sorted likely needs new EGM due to the restrictions of the AGM vote

He only became President last week, he was only a shareholder like you prior
He wouldn't of been able to start anything formal until after the AGM and him been named President
I doubt if he has genuinely started anything major yet, i'm very sure he is a busy man with multiple businesses and not 100% of every waking hour is going to be spent on ADME
there is a lot of 'housecleaning' to do here

This is likely months before any real progress is made

wait for AJE Lift and Update (next 8 working days) and just hope no more tankers are attacked

Sirius is a long term project
No one knows what the bottom will be (it may or may not hit 10p but theres no guarantee it will go any lower)

it is pretty even - slightly more in sells but nothing major - maybe £15k worth difference unless some delayed trades pop up
it rose a lot on minor volume, therefore it can fall a lot on minor volume
it would seem all the big trades have stopped so i'm thinking this maybe around the consolidation spot (25p - 30p)

i remain in my assessment that AJE and current Assets in ADME are worth circa £1m without the update on AJE and potentially £10m with a decent forward plan on AJE
