With no RNS this morning some investors are profit taking
given the sharp rise over the past few days.
This is healthy and normal.
There is substance, I feel, behind this SP rise but it may be next week before
we know the full story.

The caveat to presenting the bearish case is that it must
be honest and balanced.
If, as you say, Nolupus has been banned and has no shareholding
in Immu then I fully agree with you as to his/her motives in the continual
postings.

Nolupus gives a balanced and reasoned counter
argument to over the top bulls in Immupharma and has been
consistent in his/her views since the share price tipped £1.80 last year
I for one respect bearish views on shares provided they are presented
in an honest manner.
Smart investors listen to all objective viewpoints where bullish or bearish
and make up their own minds
Nolupus was right last year and should be respected for that.
The current situation in IMMU is a bit more complex and with pros and cons
in the investment case.

The article is only repeating what I and others here have been
saying for ages ie that ITV is not a TV company relying
totally on direct TV advertising but is also a major production /content
company with over 40,000 hours of programmes that is producing over
50% of total ITV revenues ( and growing).
Given the expanding scale of ITV studios external sales ( non ITV direct)
now is the time for McCall to float the Studios as an independent company
( on NASDAQ and London) in order to extract shareholder value.
A valuation of c £5b is achievable when compared to similar companies in the US.

A crash out would immediately result in a hard border in Ireland
thereby smashing the Good Friday Agreement and ergo resulting in no
trade deals with the EU and the US.

Get real-- a crash out would be an economic disaster for all
but particularly the UK.
The US Congress said on Wednesday that a return to a hard border
would mean no UK/US trade deal.
The backstop is essential to ensure no hard border in Ireland where over 3,500 were killed
and 30,000 maimed in the Troubles .
Would you trust a Tory brexiteer to keep promises made in relation to Sovereign
Agreements and Treaties such as the Good Friday Agreement which brought an end to the
bloodshed and horror in Northern Ireland for the past 20 years

It now looks increasingly likely that either a Withdrawal Agreement is passed and/or
Article 50 extended before 29th March ( 3/10 with the bookies) rather than a
no deal/crash out after Brexit day ( 9/4 with the bookies).
With Labour pushing for a Customs Union/ Single Market affiliation, we
could be looking at a soft Brexit consensus developing in Parliament or
dare I say it, no Brexit at all.
With the UK and EU economies skirting with recession a deal looks likely
albeit after Article 50 postponed for a few months.
Once clarity emerges on this soft Brexit scenario, expect a major bounce
in the beaten-up FTSE and ITV in particular imho

I doubt if you have as much as I have invested here.
We definitely need a boost soon as it has been a long
time since we had some really positive news.
Keep the faith as I feel ITV is totally undervalued
particularly with the Studios and content getting little market
recognition in the overall market cap.

The 2018 financial results to be announced on the 27th February will be a pivotable
moment for McCall and her team.

Investors will scrutinise the figures and more importantly the outlook
for 2019.
The Strategic Refresh must start to bear fruit quickly with obviously Brexit
the main headwind in the short term( we hope).
She will not get much more time before the big boys make their move imho

You are quite correct on the rights to Downton Abbey
Carnival ( bought by NBC Universal in 2010) has 85% and ITV
has 15% of the net revenues from worldwide sales.
ITV should have bought Carnival in 2009 for c £20 m
but NBC pounced and got it for £30m

Downton Abbey the Movie is due for release later in the year.
The series was one of ITV greatest successes winning 3 Golden Globes
and 11 Emmys with over 120 million people worldwide watching the episode where
Matthew Crawley snuffs it.
The movie could be huge for ITV particularly in the US where they love a
bit of the English Aristocracy behaving badly to those below stairs.

When I heard Bonking Boris's retort of " F%ck Business " I realised
that the uber-wealthy members of the Tory right have no interest in the
economy or the ordinary working person in the UK.
Only personal ambition and a deluded nostalgia for the lost Empire drives them
forward with new imaginary trade deals and sunny uplands to be negotiated
by someone other than themselves all the while thousands lose their jobs and
young people denied the right to both British and European in the modern
Globally connected World.

Even though Dame Mc Call maintains that ITV is not a direct
competitor of Netflix , her new strategy to increase investment in
online streaming and content may warrant a comparison along the
following lines
Netflix Market Cap is c $155b ( £120b) -- ITV Market Cap is £5b
Market Cap/ EBITDA ---Netflix 93 times -ITV 6 times
Total Content hours ---Netflix 35,000 --ITV 40,000
Total Debt --Netflix $22b --ITV £ 1B
Revenues -- Netflix $ 15b ( £ 11.5b) --ITV £ 3.3B
Netflix is growing its content from increased borrowings while
ITV is funding new content from cash flow.
The point is that should ITV succeed in increasing its share
of online streaming allied to its expanding International content business
then the current ITV valuation compared to Netflix seems too low.
Even if ITV was valued at 10% of Netflix's MarketCap/ EBITDA multiple
it would suggest a share price of c£2 a share.
Someone soon will unlock the value should McCall fail to do so.

ITV Viewership figures were higher in 2018 than
in 2009 when smartphones were invented.
People forget that with the average household in the UK
having a 55" inch TV the viewing experience is changing not for
just online but for TV shows and sporting events.
Watching rubbish on UTube may be great for 11 year old but watching
Dancing on Ice on your home cinema is a different experience
ITV is so undervalued that the Studios and 40,000 hours of content are now worth more
then the entire company.
