I'm guessing but perhaps these daily price spikes in first few hours are the shorts closing. On short tracker however not many funds reducing. But long may the current trend continue

Any new news on the viridor sale? Acquisition huh, well if that's true, likely they'll have got it for a lower multiple than the sale price of viridor. Maybe they'll buy cineworld

where do you think this will end up in the short term. im hoping for 24p, im a long term hold (foolish me) but bought some extras to trade... bought around the 15.5p i think -- think we will recover to 24p?

Eighteen, read your comment about the board, they need to heavily promote and discount their products, literally entice folk to the stores.... Teach folk it's "safe" eat Greggs again... Well almost safe, ingredients and weight implications aside

Watched this for years, got way too expensive for me to buy. But it is a company I saw doing exceedingly well. Till recently. Covid really damaged their business model, damage could last years. But I'm thinking to buy now, could drop to £8, if it did I'd buy more but thinking to look at this properly now....

big fan of greggs normally, but the covid precautions in some stores, might as well mean that they shut. looked into 2 stores that only do click and collect. was willing to buy but was presented with a major faf at teh store fron, register a new login, attempt to login, book a slot! (6 slots an hour -- 6 customers an hour) i gave up when there but had alook at the website to see how easy it would be to use. In the stores -- jeeezzzzz no food on teh shelves at all and the staff were leaning on their elbows, trying to pass time............. this is not good. However i have been into a few other stores that are thankfully not doing click and collect and to be honest the system was working just fine, happily bought what i wanted........... but click and collect -- thats going to hit them hard... good luck greggs but move away from that poor system

painful indeed Baribo, i never sold out at 140 as i planned to hold for few years and thought i may see more than 140, but not more...... perhaps the 130/140 was a gift back a month, think i did miss an opportunity to jettison early..... but i think we may see +100 again.........

I might be missing something, but this companies interest expence is under 4 million a year. debt seems manageable. can't see an equity raise here. Note this years free cash flow and lets hazard a guess at next years.....

i was almost wishing that i had sold out of this bundle of joy at 135 british pence.... but i added (below 50) thinking that the hammerson share price would continue to slowly increase over the nest 2 years. Probably it will still increase, but i did miss a chance to jettison this baggage early, which i am now regretful of.....

I havent bought any more as it has near fallen in 1/2 over the past few weeks , but i might be tempted into buying around the 70p mark..............
but i would rather see the back of this company sooner than laster............ things are looking incredibly bleak for the uk retail sector.................
