I guess there's various things at play here, Jerry , as you've mentioned. Number one, over the last sort of 12 to 24 months, they've sold nearly 10% of their portfolio, and in the same period, energy prices have dropped. I suppose also , interest rates increasing cost of debt plus power prices falling . So all these things play into the reduced earnings. And of course, they're wishing now to invest to support the NAV. personally, I am hoping that their earnings are kind of better than expected going forward. Maybe they were kitchen sinking the whole thing, back in March, but let's see.
