bbr - still cant get order filled for son. Fill or kill at 8.3p was rejected, got 59k at 8.495 but still cant get other 100k even in 50k bites....This will move up well today IMO

Could only buy 29k online so have placed fill or kill for 156k at 8.3p. See if I get it....

Just bought some more for my daughter 155k at 8.24p now trying to buy same quantity for son but is going to negotiated trade. Supply tightening?

You might be right but I would say we have HAD the pull back and it is onwards and upwards now. Test due to start within a week, results before Christmas and 2019 straight into pre commercial test which will generate revenue. Also, debt free and funded until well after results. Expect news of a deal/partnership/debt offer to take us through the next stage.

The way I read it, we could be producing oil and generating revenue by middle of next year! In what quantity remains to be seen. I suspect that there will further news in fairly short order as to partner(s) and debt funders going forward.

I am quite surprised that this hasn't jumped to 140p + on today's news. Maybe it will be a slow burner during the day?

I disagree Strider, although you may say it is semantic. They said:in the previous funding RNS:

"As a result, TomCo will have sufficient funds to take it beyond the completion of the current field test on its Holliday Block in Utah and through to late Q1 2019. The Company will need to raise further funds for working capital, loan repayments and project development beyond that time."
Read that last sentence. It DOESN'T say that they will wait until Q1 to raise further funds, just that the exisiting funding would last until then.

I see the placing as "a good thing". Clearing the balance sheet of Chris Brown's loan means we can move forward debt free and start negotiating with potential partners or debt providers for the next stage of production in 2019. It removes the short term uncertainty for minimal dilution and the shares have been aquired by long term investors. Well done BOD and Shareholder Direct. If the market wobbles first thing it will present a superb opportunity for those not involved in the placing to get cheap shares but dont expect it stay below 10p for long.....

The Q3 results for 2017 were published on 13 Nov last year so likely to be around then. Two more weeks or so...

Adding my thanks Qualia! I like the sound of intended Director buying! Bet they never thought they could get them this low, although of course, by the time the closed period is finished, I would hope to be back over 4p...
Also very good that they are getting proactive with LO rather than just sitting back.
My average is somewhere between 4 and 4.5p but I am looking to average down in the next few days, depending on performance elsewhere.
