You can either contact the company now or wait for official news to unfold. The Nomad has prevented the company saying what it would like to . Obviously, when news does come out, the market will react as it sees fit but, I doubt that you will under 5p again. Let's see what the next week or so brings.

Why would the Dees want to ease nerves? If you are nervous and unaware what what is going on, dont expect someone else to make it better for you.....The Dees are here for one reason - to make money. Up to you if you follow their lead or not.

So the Dees have increased their stake to 9%....

It would be nice if the BOD could help soak up shares from the persistent seller. However, I doubt that they will buy enough to make a dent in the supply. Would be good to hear that their conversations with the seller(s) has resulted in shares finding a more secure home.....

I beg to differ! Of course it is "good news" that the placing is going ahead as advertised! Without it, the copmpany would be unfunded and in danger of failing! Now, they have the time to refine the techniques using the data just obtained, ready for Q2 19. They will then be able to start producing oil in a more efficient manner than envisaged, thus saving costs for the pre-commercial testing. I wouldn't rule out new funding coming in over the next few months whether grants, loans or JV funding. The comp[any will NOT just be hibernating, waiting for the Utah Winter to finish! If you dont believe me, fine, wait for the next update and/or contact the company.

As a "Placee", I have received confirmation that the fund raise will go ahead as advertised. The company will be fully funded to Mid 2019. I dont expect the sp to stay at these levels for long especially when the report into the test and future plans is pubslished in the next few days.

Now that the results are out of the way, I would hope that the BOD will put their hands in their pockets as promised. They will get a steal buying at this level. I hope that it is more than just a token amount. Come on guys, load up!

The RNS yesterday was obviously rushed out and (IMO) has the Nomad's fingerprints all over it. Consider the final paragraph:
"..we have been able to collect a significant amount of data from the Field Test to date. We will use this time to analysis this data and to continue to refine the overall process based on the data and information gathered from the Field Test to date"
That clearly indicates that the test was NOT a waste of time. Just imagine if they had been able to word it differently and say something like:
"The company is excited to report that it has decided to cut short the testing as we have obtained all the data that we need to be able to proceeed directly to pre commercial testing in Q2 2019. By doing so, we will conserve cash and be able to redesign the equipment to be more efficient based on what we have learned. We anticipate being able to produce upwards of 500bopd during next year's testing and will be looking at non dilutive funding to undertake this."

It would give a greatly different perspective would it not? Weak holders will exit Monday and those that see the bigger picture will be buying. 2p? I dont think so - too many would go "all in" at that level!

AO - money has not been called yet. Some posters on advfn are speculating that there could be legal challenge since the company may/could/should have known of the delay when they solicited the funds and that the delay amounts to a material chnage in circumstances. If so, not sure whether that would leave the house broker SVS "holding the baby" and left with 6m shares at 8.5p...
There is the suggestion of a FULL update on Monday and the possibility that the delayed test will roll into the pre commercial testing mentioned in the previous RNS,...

Phoebus - it may seem like an over-reaction but Q2 19 is a "long" way off and in the absence of news, this (IMO) is unlikely to bounce much and will quite possibly drift further, however undervalued it may seem. Why rush to put money in now? Hope I am wrong.

Get bad news out late on a Friday. Hmmmn. So that was why the extra placing was pushed through last Sunday. Making sure they had cash to last until the test restarts next year. Looks an inspired move by the BOD at 8.5p now. Not so inspired for investors like me...! I am sure the £100k investor feels worse than I do though :-(

The sooner the better the Interims are released. Hopefully Monday or Tuesday and then we can have some Director buying. They must be rubbing their hands at the prospect of getting shares this cheap! It would be good to hear that the BOD have identified the seller and have arranged to "place" any further shares they want to offload. Good weekend all!

Well, whatever way you look at it, the placing has well and truly destroyed the momentum that was building.

In auction? Looks like sentiment here is rubbish. Hard to believe this was pushing 14p just days ago. Nothing fundamental has changed since then. Modest dilution but now fully funded and debt free for duration of test and into mid next year. Transformational test due to start imminently. When it turns, it will do so quickly imo.
