Just in case people aren't on LinkedIn:
'Overview
Islay Petrophysics Ltd was founded in 2010 by Iain Whyte to provide petrophysical support to oil and gas operators, and their partners.
Since then, the company has helped a host of operators ranging from small-scale 'one off' projects, to massive on-shore, and off-shore activities. We have a range of consultants to cover everything from, well planning and formation evaluation strategy, tendering services, petrophysics (operations studies and cased hole).
Iain has very carefully enlisted ‘World Class’ consultants who have a like-minded approach to providing the highest quality service to our clients.
At Islay Petrophysics we provide a full spectrum of Formation Evaluation (FE) services, from composing an FE strategy, tendering well/analytical services to ensure optimal quality and value, through well execution decision making and post well integration of data and analysis.
We pride ourselves on optimising the value proposition, efficiency of operations and providing high quality and accurate technical work.
We have Petrophysicists specialising in Clastics, Carbonates and Unconventional rocks.
We also have experts in Pore Pressure, Fracture Gradient estimation and Geomechanics.
