RUA fell back as these shares often do. But worth keeping an eye on or receiving RNSs from Vox Markets.

I don't have any spare cash now. I owned ASOS at one time and either lost or made a little, so small an amount that I can't recall now, but that was when they were £35 or so. It would be unbelievable for a share to go from 4,585 (my bookmark figure even now) to 324p.. Let's hope some of our other shares can do the opposite.

And many will recall that AS said tumours can have very sophisticated defences, once they are resistant; they can stop reproducing their cells temporarily so chemo wouldn't be effective, and some develop pumps (was that the right word?) to excrete the chemo without the tumour being touched by the dox or any other meds.

I used to think we might see a miracle in P1a but AS convinced me otherwise (so if it happened I guess it'd be a double-miracle).

You're right Thorn, could well be a trick.. Wouldn't be the first time people have tried to display confidence in order to mislead.

I know the arguments, it was discussed widely on here, but I've changed my opinion and if I was the parent and this was my daughter...

Since pretty much everyone knows where everyone else stands on every poster here (let's face it, some people are never going to be friends) why not try a 'June truce' and see if the BB improves. One month of sticking 'on topic' (AVCT) might be a good P1 test in itself, see if it does any harm...

And if that goes well, in July (P2) we can see if 'it works' TM and karma brings us lots of great news..

And I nearly sold something else to buy more AVCT recently but one popular poster here said 'averaging down is a rookie mistake' so saved me. Having said that I believe he bought more himself so I guess none of us know everything.

In the end it, when AVA6000 proves it's worth, it probably won't make very much difference.

Someone I know with lung cancer is on an immunotherapy treatment and is doing remarkably well, around 3 years after diagnosis.

He was a smoker. (Tobacco comps are evil unless they move entirely to other products.)

I sold half my SNG at 9.4 a couple of weeks ago and just bought back for 8.75 so now have a few more.. Not that I have confidence in SNG but better to have more if things do go well later.

If a mutated cancer cell were on the loose might then some systemic dox be an advantage?

Just a query really. Tumours can be FAP-rich but are individual cancer cells FAP rich (enough) when they are floating around the body but away from the TMR?

Might *a bit* of systemic dox be a good thing in picking-off the cells that could settle elsewhere?

I assume there is only 'so-much' FAP in a tumour so a finite limit to how much cleavage will take place in a given time. Upping and upping the AVA6K dose would only cleave more dox while FAP keeps to its side of the deal ie. isn't 'overwhelmed' by AVA6K in a given time. Would be interesting to know how relatively fast or slow cleaving actually takes.

Hi Wyn, I wasn't aware of the SNG rise till after the markets closed. It doesn't look 'over bought' to me (you might disagree!) so I guess either a rise or fall are just as likely on Monday.

I might have sold a % if I'd been around but probably too late now. I guess there's also a possibility of news at 7am on Monday.
