I'm struggling to reconcile trial patients having cancers that don't respond to Dox against a possible 'agnostic' chemo that will work on majority of cancers. I assume that cancers that don't respond to dox don't in fact respond to *current MTD* of dox rather than 'don't respond to dox at all'. That's a big difference when it comes to AVA 6K (and 3996) and the larger doses now being trialled.

Got my daughters asking the sp (even this weekend) instead of everyone cringing when I mention AVCT. They even know about Doc, cleaving and phase 1a / 1b trials.
Promised them a Maine Coon cat when the SP reaches £30.

My bet is that anything of value will be bought out of administration (hours) after trading ceases.

Now we have digested the excellent Paul Hill interview I thought this might be of interest. Not a cross-ramp as few here would be remotely interested in a Nasdaq share that's not AVCT. It seems that Tiziana suspect market manipulation yesterday (the sp fell around 25%) and has asked for an enquiry. It shows that manipulation (at least on the Nas) is probably not a myth: we were talking about it here earlier, hence my post.

It wasn't the government or the competition that did for the copper face masks; it was pretty much a fiasco where only TB did well and vital bits of the mask machine were left in Spain. When they finally got it 'working' in the UK it produced at 1/16 speed or something like that, and by then, anyone who wanted one had a cheap disposable face mask anyway. Did the machine get sold back to Spain at almost scrap price?

Fortunately AS is seemingly doing a better job of running a PLC than GC. I trust (hope) that AVCT will recoup my NNN losses rather than follow the same trajectory.

I still have angle bought above 100p so not too happy, but not a big investment so not (now) worth selling. Just wish I could learn to sell on the way down..
Almost all my hopes seem rest on avct.
Tiziana now $TLSA had a good run last week and things can turn around quickly if the news turns positive for almost any company. Angle might still recover for me and if I end up selling some avct at a profit I might end up with more angle; stranger thins have happened.
I've dipped my toe in at HARL and have a tiny profit!

If it's like SD then there'll no new info.. (so plenty of investors will watch intently).

Thanks Asia. TLSA will throw a lot at keeping the sp above $1 for the required time, imho. They managed it last time before going very quiet again and letting morale fall. Maybe they will keep more momentum this time with their news flow, nearly a year further down the line.

No not Angle (read today's posts) but at lunchtime they said liquid biopsies are also being developed for other cancers and when they mentioned breast cancer (in a short list) I assumed 'must be angle'.

Fergus (BBC) also said that liquid biopsies, generally, are going to be huge.

He might be super-frugal. He strikes me as the sort who'd put on a thicker shrimper than turn up the heating, which I can identify with. Even if there's no fee for an RNS announcement he has to pay someone to write it.

As for LFTs, my daughter was sent home from school (again) this with some unidentified bug (not a cold) and they politely suggested she take a Covid 19 test. Negative result I am pleased to say.

(Mr R. I believe you've written you're a smoker aren't you? Late middle-aged friend of mine may have to have her leg amputated shortly due to smoking, even though she quit 15 years ago. Blocked the arteries in her legs... Worth considering when you next light-up.)

Depends on how bad a bug is. There was a programme on recently and some 'expert' said that the govt were surprised how easy it was to Lockdown and many people effectively did self-lockdown early. I remember going to a large restaurant on March 16, 2020 and we were the only customers. That was at least a few days before it became official.
