When I said pep talk, a 'nudge' that it was a great trial to be on, and clearly it is. Why wouldn't some of them have really benefited and maybe we'll hear about those benefits at some point.

I'm wishing them well. What's the problem?

I don't know quite what is involved in taking a liver biopsy (and one lung biopsy) from a live patient (so that dox levels can be measured in the tumour 24hrs after Ava6K is administered) but it can't be much fun.

The patients on the trial have gone through a lot. I can only suppose they were expecting some kind of real benefit and maybe the pep talk they were given on expressing interest was actually very positive. I hope they really have got some benefit and is there a reason they wouldn't have, if theirs were the FAP upregulated cancer types.

IIRC = if I recall correctly.

100:1 isn’t something Myles would recollect incorrectly. So why finish with ‘ IIRC’ in the tweet unless it was overheard, off the cuff, or similar.

. We are excited with the second patients improvement. 4 more patients being dosed now on the #MultipleSclerosis EA program. Larger Phase 2 trial with Nasal Foralumab expected to start in Q3 2023.
