PYX Resources: Achieving volume and diversification milestones. Watch the video here.
CHP - assuming same as 2005, then last week August
PTC - why on earth would anyone want to put new money into these legal minefield of a company where it looks as though the lawyers are having a ball, and the shareholders will lose theirs!
CHP - my holding is now small enough for me to hold with equanimity and for a long time if need be ..... i am not at all surprised to see sellers in the ascendancy, as many will need or want to put these funds elsewhere ...... if the price falls to say 10/12p i may well buy more and certainly would at around 8p, based purely on the basic chart here.
HML - i agree the shares are on an upward path, but it was you who volunteered a fair price level of 8p, not me ...... so to repeat the question, "what is your logic for arriving at such a price?"..... or ..... "why do you think 18p is not the right level?"
HML - per my previous post, i am sitting relatively pretty and am more than happy to stay put ..... however, KEVKJ, from where did you pull a value of 8p? ...... if 8p, then why not 18p, or is there some logic to your pricing?
BUR - well the nimble and the brave and those who can call it right could have made a lot of money here today ...... not me i am afraid to say; i was just a generous redistributor of wealth! ..... hey ho ..... at least the likes of KAZ and POG and even HML have significantly softened the blow
HML - i was lucky not to get caught in the rush and tumble and bought in the aftermath ...... anyway, good to see that the price is now ever so gently creeping back up again ...... much rather that than the pandemonium of a week or so ago
CHP - just as an aside, CHP has not been 5p since it wore its alter ego of sardinian goldmines ..... so, either the clown has been a total ass and held them all that time or, more likely, he is rather less than economic with truth.
CHP - nothing to sing about and nothing to cry about either ..... that said it would have been preferable to see a decent spike in the price to have enabled a good quick profit and then the chance to come back in anon ..... as it is, time to lock them away for a while
BUR - the figures were much better than expected and certainly not factored in ..... but then nor were the dusters, especially that in egypt ...... it is also certain that some of the analysts will have downgraded the stock ..... nevertheless, having fallen from just over £10.00 in less than 2 days, i think it is now starting to look oversold.
GTL - was in these a couple of months back and took a turn ..... have now got back in again on the basis that the sector is right, their location is USA (as opposed to UK), and their technology is ethanol as opposed to veg oil with DOO and BFC, which i also hold
GTL - 2 million shares = <£60k ...... relative peanuts!
HGM - steve - pog is a supremely well-established company in the region with a stunning track record ...... withou intending to sound aggressive or remotely derogatory, why does HGM warrant being mentioned in the same breath, other than because they mine for gold in Russia?
BUR - what has unsettled the market are the comments about assorted dusters, especially the one in Egypt. By accident, i double sold my holding and thus accidentally recovered a soupcon of my losses when i closed that out! For the moment, i suggest keeping your powder dry to see what the press has to say ..... though i suspect there is not much residual downside at current levels - +/-910
PTY - avoid like the plague!
TIO - not my own research i grant you, but that means it has more validity! Company is backed by POG, which i hold and is held in high esteem anyway, and for good reason ..... very very briefly, lates buy note states, "The shares offer solid value on existing assets and look an ideal vehicle to build a broad-based Russia-focussed mining group" Yes I have put money in!
BUR - despite the good figures, the accompanying announcements have clearly soured sentiment .... the conference call, still in progress, has done nothing to cheer matters either ...... shame, for figures etc were very good indeed.
CSR - a few weeks ago, csr came in with cracking results but got totally whacked, with hindsight on the back of the fact that their chips (or similar) are said to be used in the new Sony playstation ..... production of this has been delayed until November ...... Since being whacked, the shares have fully recovered and are still tending strongly upwards
