Yes that's the problem, the company is making good progress commercially but they've clearly stated they will need to do a placing in the next couple of months (possibly sooner).

The Mount Sinai people who hold the patents (and a decent chunk of the equity) will be absolutely appalled at how the AIM market has treated Vrci. Might they try to withdraw the patents from the company if they are able to - or else to directly buy out the company at the current crazy sub-$5m valuation, before any placing?

I've reluctantly sold out at a 40% loss. Tutivia sales seem to be going exponential and Medicare approval is due soon. The problem as always on AIM is that companies which fail to raise enough money to see them through to breakeven get heavily punished by the shorting spivs. There is never any hope value in AIM company valuations, if the market knows they need more money. If we were on a US market we would be at 15-20p even today, and fundraising would be easy - but we're not... So the placing the company has advertised today will surely be at no more than 1p IMO, massively limiting the future upside... The likelihood of a 'premium' placing is zero IMO in the current market situation... The only hope might be if they get Medicare approval next week, the SP rises to say 2.5p and they get the placing away at 2p... But that's not very likely on AIM imo, once the shorters smell blood... Good luck to all remaining in, I will keep an eye on it...

Unfortunately the statement about a placing in the next 3 months will knacker SP progress, for a while at least. Seems clear now why the SP rocketed last Friday, to allow the insider-trading shorting spivs in.

Tutivia growing rapidly. We could be on for 2000+ tests this year, so that would be $5m+ revs. Great that the Medicare approval is imminent. Disappointing about Services revenues, I don't understand why the orange moron's tariffs will have any effect, they only apply to goods AFAIK?

Thanks very much Sharkj, which report is that from? The last para sounds encouraging that it can be fitted under carpet. I'd just like to know how that works in terms of the typical wood boards > insulation > carpet layers, where does the JustHeat pad slip in? Presumably it would have to be above the insulation layer, or else the heat wouldn't move upwards! Having said that, the carpet layer itself can be significantly insulating, so may block part of the heat flow too, and reduce efficiency? It's all interesting, I wish there was a bit more detailed info.

IMO there are two potential sources for our big jump today, on a deep red day for global markets caused by the orange idiot. Either it's a tax year seller finally finished, or the usual inside traders know something...

I hope Hypromag USA's revised plans include the potential to speed up the US factory's construction. If the money is there (which surely it must be now) I would hope they could pull the opening date back by 6 months into late 2026?

Trump believes everyone is either a resource to be exploited (or seized), a competitor to be crushed, or an enemy to be destroyed. The concept of friends or allies or collaborators simply don't exist. That's why he doesn't understand that trade wars are always lose-lose in the medium and longer term. Some people always need to find out the hard way.

Thanks Myles, that's helpful, so they didn't do that extra step, I understand. Yes if the management want their options they must be aiming for a listing date in November at latest to allow a safety margin. Minus approx 7 months that USARE took, makes April :-)

Myles but when was the definitive agreement and listing valuation for USARE's Spac announced?

The RNS was about the listing by EOY yes. But the *agreement* and more importantly the *listing cap* should be well before then, and obviously are the key events, not the actual listing date. I'm certainly hoping/expecting that the agreement will be announced very soon.

I've read the white paper in full. I'm not a heating engineer but have an electrical engineering degree and understand energy calculations. It looks interesting although I think they've overestimated the continuous power output of gas boilers in typical situations.

* Can anyone please confirm (as it's not stated anywhere in the white paper, or anywhere on the company website) exactly how these JustHeat panels are installed? It refers to a 'floor covering' above the panels, does this mean a permanent covering like a concrete screed floor? Or a soft covering like a carpet? If the former then it's useless for retrofitting to the millions of UK homes with wooden floorboards and carpets - it would only be useful in new build properties, and only a subset of them that had concrete floors.

Silver maple, I think we would need a US listing to be able to hit £1 per share in the next 2 years... Fortunately that could well be on the cards :-)

Esduk I think most of us are hoping for a good bit more than 50p long term?? In 5 years time Mka could have operating plants in multiple countries and be making £50m post tax profits. Put it on a p/e of 15 and even allowing for some further dilution it's 150p+. That's ignoring the value of our holding in the Spac. Just my view of course.

I don't think it's the right time to sell today, with all these plates in the air, a buyer would see it as messy. But once the Spac has listed and we have production underway at Tyseley, maybe - in other words maybe Q3 onwards. At that point, with German production imminent and USA construction hopefully about to start, I doubt the management would recommend any bid under 75p. Just my view.
