There could be news from Thermo Fisher, but the most likely is an FDA approval, following the submission of additional information by Verici in October (see the RNS of 11 Oct). It can't take forever to approve it. Remember Tutivia is not a drug, it's a test, and it's been proven effective, and more effective than the alternatives - and it's already being sold and used in the USA. So I think the risk of refusal is minuscule, the FDA are only really approving it for use in Medicare, and why would they refuse that, given its benefits for patients and the fact that it will be saving substantial amounts of money for Medicare overall? It's just a formality IMO - and a decision must be imminent soon.
