And yes I hold my hand up I shouldn't have said FDA. I'd understood that the FDA had to approve Tutivia for use in Medicare, but I realise that they don't, Medicare can just give approval. So that's my mistake. A mistake is different to a lie.

Agreed. Singer are forecasting $11m revs for 2025, and still having positive cash balances by the end of 2025. True they're the house broker so take their forecast with a modest pinch of salt, but at $3000 a pop for Tutivia (our CEO says that they had underestimated how many tests would be used post-op), and more milestone payments from Thermo Fisher still to come, I don't think it's unrealistic at all. Monthly breakeven could easily come in mid-2026 IMO, and we won't be at a ridiculous 2p by then :-)

I said below "it's only really approval for use in Medicare". I didn't say the product was awaiting medical approval. I know it's not awaiting medical approval.

There could be news from Thermo Fisher, but the most likely is an FDA approval, following the submission of additional information by Verici in October (see the RNS of 11 Oct). It can't take forever to approve it. Remember Tutivia is not a drug, it's a test, and it's been proven effective, and more effective than the alternatives - and it's already being sold and used in the USA. So I think the risk of refusal is minuscule, the FDA are only really approving it for use in Medicare, and why would they refuse that, given its benefits for patients and the fact that it will be saving substantial amounts of money for Medicare overall? It's just a formality IMO - and a decision must be imminent soon.

Looks like the sudden liquidity improvement has continues this morning, I can sell 500k at 2.27. Buys are at 2.4. For a number of days I couldn't sell even 50k shares. Let's hope this is the double-bottom? GLA

That new embassy was started under Commie Sleepy Joe's presidency. Trump doubtless classes Malawi as one of his "sh*thole countries" and will have less than zero interest in it. I do believe that US investors are much smarter and will understand the financial opportunities for the Songwe listing. But it's always worth being aware of the macro political environment...

...I do have a genuine concern how a company owned by Canadian and British companies will be perceived in the aggressively xenophobic atmosphere being pushed in the US today... Hopefully the fact that it's helping US resilience and creating US jobs will significantly overcome that issue...
