I see that Agent Orange has just delayed most tariffs yet again - the guy can't keep policy constant literally from one day to the next. Global stock markets yoyo-ing wildly based on one man's random pronouncements - he's probably ecstatic at his own power... it's all a game for the guy.

The good news for us is that the tariffs on China still remain. For now - who knows what might happen tomorrow - or later tonight even? "An hour is a long time in politics" now.

Despite the published offer price of 17.5p at the close, almost all the trading was in the upper 16s, we still need to break out of the 16s decisively... But any share that can rise consistently in the last few days s of chaos is doing well IMO...

The drop yesterday is simply a classic "sell on news" reaction, and people taking profits for safety during the turmoil caused by Agent Orange. If you believe that people will still demand a safe, effective, eco-friendly, new ingredients in their cosmetics, then just hold (or buy more).

The NDA *can't* stop the publication of Sbtx's figures twice a year in the results. It *can* stop publication of details of the contract with Croda, or the publication of forecasts! Forward-looking forecasts are not obligatory under AIM rules, only backwards-looking results twice a year!

I'm not sure what people are complaining about. Just last night people were asking what Stuart was going to do about the SP drop. Now he's done something they're complaining again! He can't release financial figures due to the NDA! It's as simple as that. We will have to draw our own conclusions from the financial results when they appear, and extrapolate based on assumptions. But the fact remains that at a £50m market cap justifies only about £3m in post tax profits. If you really don't have enough confidence to think that Zenakine will deliver only £3m in profits, or the patience to hang on a year to find out, then you shouldn't be invested here....

We worked out that the Spac announcement has to really be this month, so anytime in the next 3 weeks or so. They may have already settled terms and pricing, but are sensibly holding on to announcing it until the current turmoil (hopefully) settles down a bit.

Not practical because the orange madman could change his mind totally tomorrow! No business can plan under these conditions.

The point is it will be in all parties' interests in these volatile times to avoid a protracted arbitration case with no guarantee of success for either side. But *any* early settlement will lead to a multibagger here.

700 days might not be necessary... The Indian govt could easily review the SOC and make an initial offer of £250m... Negotiate and settle for £350m net/tax-free and PAT walks away from the mess and hassle, the Indian govt gets to continue its corruption, and we end up with a 100p special dividend... Win-win-win!

Just when Amati was out, the SP was heading northwards. If Medicare was really imminent (ie next couple of weeks) she just needed to *WAIT*. Let the SP rise to 5-6p, then 8-10p on Medicare news, and then announce a placing at 6p!

You *never* tell the AIM market *in advance* that you're about to do a placing in a few weeks' time. Especially in the current market turmoil! So now they're going to have to raise money at 1p!

I don't think it's dreadful operationally. Essentially the management failed to raise enough cash last time to account for the inevitable delays and issues that crop up. They've painted the company into a corner.
