Agree Owlman. It does all seem very bureaucratic and slow, I thought SPACs existed to make it easy and quick to get a listing, it doesn't seem it's particularly fast. But I don't think there's any problem as such, and I expect the listing agreement within a few weeks from today. Then the actual live listing before Xmas. Nothing has changed.

Finton, we know that MKA management believe that it will all be completed by Xmas as they've tied themselves to a bunch of options if they achieve that. I assume that Crown just want to hedge their bets in case of any delays. I'm not reading anything into it.

(Of course the final agreement and the listing price are expected very much sooner - it's just the paperwork that will take 6 months).

I can't imagine that they will leave it to the very last day to serve the SoC onto the Indian govt. They will probably have to deliver a hard copy to the GOI's lawyers, and they won't want to risk a courier delay and they miss the deadline for a $1bn claim! I would think it will be announced Monday 12th?
