Silvermaple, I'm not sure what's unclear. The SPAC will be listed at a valuation of $X. Mkango will retain Y% of the shares in the listed entity. The market will value those shares by adding $Z (which may be more or less than X multiplied by Y) to it's valuation of the Hypromag division.
Every investor has to make their own decision what X, Y and Z will be.
If X is $200m and Y is 80% then theoretically the shareholding in the Spac is worth 33p to MKA shares, in addition to valuation of the Hypromag business. If there's a frenzy on Nasdaq after the Spac's market entry later in 2025 then that 33p could easily become 50,60p or more.
