MAX, Wentworth unlike AEX are a "producing" gas company and hence they have "leverage". AEX have no leverage at all.... That's what comes of screwing up at KN1 and losing the company's only income stream. A project that was ****ed up on Brian Hall's watch.

The recent divergence of fortunes in AEX and Solo is odd considering that they are each tethered to the same horse? Some will say but Solo is looking to sell up their 25% in Ntorya for a healthy sum but I suggest that it isn't actually worth very much unless the Farm/Out fails gets approved.

Well depending on the direction of F/O talks it might well be 75%....? And then in a year's time when AEX are unable to repay it APT call in their loan. At which point, then, the curtain finally falls on AEX and APT "inherit" the license.

I don't know who you are addressing that question to Tanzania but, if it is me, all I can say is that I don't believe there is likely to be a refusal (nor do I believe is anyone else); my concern, as expressed very clearly below, is that it is the timing of the approval that is in doubt... and what are the consequences of the 14th July date being missed?

BG personally my reservations regarding the approval of the farm-out do not revolve around "if" but only "when". I have learned the hard way not to trust ANY target dates or commitments that are contingent upon the actions and initiatives of TPDC or Tanz Administration and Government.

Hence I do not trust the common assumption that we must get this by 14th July. The next question is "and if not then what?"

And that are no good answers to that in my view - certainly on the immediate sp front.

Well I would not disagree with that but I still firmly believe that the architects of our demise were DS and JB - SC was just an acolyte in my view; left behind to wipe their arses. Quite likley that she will be rewarded with a sinecure at ATOG but with DS and JB in the chair she surely cannot rely on it. She must know that she could not trust them further than she could spit!

Not sure how you would have identified that someone was adding? It is obvious that it has been more than compensated by the number shedding.....
