It is a problem if you were the company supplying the packaging - your packaging is going to be used less.... reduction in use of Keytruda will affect the use of 4D products too.

On your point re 3D seismics BG, do bear in mind that historically any and all payments for seismics and drilling have been made post event not pre event, so I would anticipate SCIR would be looking to sell post seismic completion. So well into Q4 methinks.

MRSI, are you making a similar prediction today? Or has your long position been closed out already?

We all want to see it multibag MD but this RNS isn't going to make it happen..... and if Mr D were to make an approach to AEX with a derisory offer would we be in a position to refuse? I wish I were more confident that the answer was "no". The last time we in a similar position we took a pathetic $5m and some credit. It would be daylight robbery if we sold our remaining 25% for a similar sum just before the long suffering shareholders could see the prospect of a decent payday.

Will this happen? NO! It is not in ARA' interests for AEX to sell out to Mr D. They want the assets themselves at yet another knockdown price.

Bigpat, yes I would agree (assuming we can afford it). It at least proves that they remember that they are a publicly quoted and owned company and actually have shareholders.

I can't say I blame them; every RNS comes at quite a cost. Money that AEX can ill-afford to waste.

More important is how much will it cost? Not important for AEX but certainly so for SCIR. Does the SCIR RNS cover the cost issue? I will take a look.

Post Nasdaq launch will be " a good time to raise funds". Yes, of course, that is half the point of the exercise?! But the Exec will want that sp as high as possible before entertaining any significant dilution. They are shareholders too......

Two good people, I would agree but when making the announcement it would be sensible for the Exec to make clear how it is that these appointments are anticipated in benefitting the shareholders. Might this be simply be a dependency of the LOAC tie-up? Without that explanation the market are left to draw their own conclusions and that is never a good idea - it simply looks like more cost without any obvious, direct benefit....

I am sure there are many benefit, so why not spell them out rather than leave shareholders guessing.

And yes Soundsrisky I too have bought a few more today.

And, no doubt, with decent price tickets too.......

Just for your information and to illustrate the points that I and bucklerfern were making the other day regarding CFD and their "hedging" a position in the market see the URL below:

This is an LSE RNS relating to a position taken by SPREADEX (a CFD and spread betting company) in 4D Pharma that has recently risen above the 3% limit resulting in their having a notifiable interest and, as it happens, their reducing it to just below that 3%. As bucklerfern articulated very well, this position would have been taken by SPREADEX to hedge the NET (long) position taken by their underlying clients in 4D Pharma.

Because Aimster the CFD company (IG index in this instance) will hedge the position in the market. This can result in the CFD company occasionally building a declarable interest in a position. Often at this point (as has been evidenced many times) close their books to further trading in that position.

Not so BG you need a commercial agreement with the Local Governing authority and In Tanzania that means a GSA. 100%. Without one you have ZERO prospect of monetising the asset and so until then it remains a "resource" and not a "reserve".

That will be the difference between a P class reserve and a C class resource ythe difference is then graded on probability or proximity of the reserve or resource. Hence the difference between a C1, C2 or C3 class resource or a P1, P2 or P3 class reserve.
