As I posted yesterday McNol, looking at eth June presentation is is fairly evident that we are behind where the BoD had expected to be but as the BoD have never give a precise date for EWT kick-off only the catch all "July" I am not sure what an interview would achieve? Unless it is to confirm taht we are not going to "hit" it?! And that would not be a good idea methinks! We would have Toffers and others telling us all yet again that the BoD are shafting the shareholders and are totally useless.... yawn.

Yes McNol, I was pleasantly surprised about yesterday's volumes - mid morning the idea that we would reach 116million volume seemed extremely unlikely but a series of large trades (itemised by posters yesterday) contributed to that number hugely.

Bit if it is a sell - it explains why the sp has been depressed for much of tis week; the MM's have been trying to offload it along with a multitude of smaller sells. Now it is out of the way we might see some upward momentum

At 11:30 the spread was 1.34 - 1.36, so it is conceivable that it was a Sell. Though as you allude to Manifesto it is likley to have been executed over more than one day and if you look at the VWAP over recent days the lowest has been 1.33p so I can see how it could have been a buy; they haven't been below 1.30 on the offer for about a week....

Unless it was an underwriter of the last fund raise.

Current quoted spread 1.33 - 1.34p but I am being offered 1.35p for 1million shares.

As I have been suggesting for many months. But that now assumes that they get first dibs of the M&P drill share when it eventually arrives in Country; which, by the way, some were saying was expected to be this month. Well not long now to wait, if that proves to be true. Fwiw, I don't believe it will be the case.

Hi Kammy, I am not one of those that would say that the EWT is "late" because, as you say, they never gave a definitive start date but if you look at page 14 of the June Presentation (below) the Gant chart shows EWT beginning circa first third of July and finishing second third of August. Well we are now way past the first third of July (and haven't yet even spudded) and I would suggest highly unlikely to now complete it before the end of August. Which would then potentially compromise the submission of the Mining License application before the end of August...?

Moreover in the recent Webinar LB did allude to the EWT kick off still being contingent upon delivery of outstanding lead items for the EWT. Personally even if this does prove to be the case I am not in the least concerned but I would agree Riflemans that the proposed Forward Development Plan could be construed now to be behind schedule.

S it happens Wimbledon that is my gamble too. The question I suppose is whether the He1 BoD can afford tpo take that same risk...? Indeed would their statutory responsibilities as Directors of a PLC allow them to?

Well Wimbledon I am not trying to add any credibility to Red_inky's comments BUT whilst I agree that nothing that you list below can yet be known or pre-determined, one thing that could be is the next stage of funding. Maybe BoD is using the current +ve and MC sentiment to cement forward funding. If the EWT does not provide the positive outcome that we all want and expect the BoD will struggle hugely with another funding round (just look at the recent discounting and dilution). Would they want to take that risk? Particularly after their recent comments about having "no choice" about the terms of the last placing....?
