That broker report was written before the last dilution so the 5.3p Traget price is no longer valid - it now eeds adjusting for the new issues share capital - so about half that!

Good morning MS77, apologies for not responding sooner but for your info I have holdings in three seperate accounts and, not surprisingly, have different avergaes in each account; 0.80p in one, 0.9p in the second and 1.25p in the third - averaging just below 1.0p across the three. However what this ignores is that I have already top sliced a fair few shares over recent months, so when taking those profits into account my average sp would be about 0.67/68p.

As regards the pipeline tender RJ, as I say it was anticipated being out to tender in July and yet I ahve not been able to find any formal notification of it. That is why I had asked if anyone knows whether the Tanzanian Parliament is currentlysitting? If not (summer break?) is it now even possible.

Whether people are making 2+2 = 5 I cannot comment. As I told you after the AGM I was given to believe that there will be no CPR (It is no longer needed) and the rig will not be in country until late in the year at best - and even then we are not guaranteed to get first use of it.

Add to that the fact that we have heard no more on the Rig negotiations and we seem to be somewhat in limbo yet again....

What is more the material RNS's that AEX have put out in August over the last 15 years have been very few and far between (occassional Operation update is about it)....

I think I can go on holiday without worrying too much that I will miss any material news whilst I am away!

Again ODB, there were one or two who claimed that at the AGM they were given to believe that the Tender was already completed but simply awaiting announcement. But just as with the CPR and Rig news, July has passed and we have heard nothing.

Can the Rig Tender even be awarded if Parliament is not in session? Ministers on holiday etc? Or is the award simply a "Civil Servant" function?

That should be "HOLD" not "BUY". Duh!

FWIW I am not expecting a CPR at anytime nor the rig in country until late in the year /Q4 at the very best.

Yes and I thought I had a picked up a bargain or two buying in at under 0.12p yesterday - that looks bloody expensive now! Feck.

After the AGM there were attendees posting that conversations at the AGM led them to believe that we could see

a) The CPR in July

b) The (shared) rig in Tanzania in July

And seperately based on public information that we should see the outcome of the Pipeline Tender in July.

I was also trying to find out if and when the Parliament might be sitting, or do they, like the UK Parliament, have a "summer" break?

I have been searching for evidence of any and all of these, now that we are in August but with zero success.

Has anyone else seen or come across anything ?

Yes indeed Half-of-2... disappointing. It would appear that all those that want in ahead of the news are already in. I have to admit that I thought there would be a few more jumping in ahead of news today. Ho hum.

I reality the sp is no longer sitting at 1.575 mid price. You can SELL small quantities at circa 1.525p but you can buy as much as you like at 1.585p. If you want to sell in size you will be lucky to get a smidgen over 1.50p (just been offered 1.505p).

Holding only needs reporting if it is above 3% of total ; which is circa 150 million shares.

Fair enough McNol. In any event, it is quite bizarre...

Even so McNol no-one has an exit strategy that they manage on "just in time" information....

Tax Toffers?! Surely not?! Didn't we shareholders pay the TG in heavily discounted shares from the last placing?!? Lol!

So McNol we may yet see them "rebooked" - may have just been an error in booking? If the trades have already been executed they cannot just be reversed...

Moreover if someone has 48 million shares (or more) and they are selling them just before TD is reached what does that say about their confidence, or lack of it? Are you suggesting they may now have information that caused them to change their mind....

Up 13% today but still not out of the spread - there's a surprise ;0)
