Dumped? Are you sure? The trade was executed at 0.125p @ 12.25 yesterday. I don't recall seeing the BID above 0.120p yesterday. The only time it has been at or above 0.125p was early this morning when it briefly reached 0.135p.

The only occasion when it is likely that an investment could get "lost" is when a Custodian goes bust without adequately segregating the underlying client assets. It has happened a few times previously but very seldom.

The £85k limit only applies to Interest Bearing accounts - i.e. Bank and Building Society accounts and Deposit ISA's though NOT stocks and shares ISA's...this is under Banking Regulation. Pensions and Investments are NOT governed by the same rules.

Sorry Gordon you are quite right, in too much of a hurry - I was meaning Harbour Energy, the company now in the process of taking over for Wintershall.... As Roland admitted on the interview, they are hoping to persuade Harbour Energy to participate but it is not a given.

That was the "contingency plan" that I was referring to.
