Toffers fwiw I think it is all bunk! BUt for your information the timing of an RNS is dictated by the time it is submitted. If it is submitted during LSE trading hours it will be issued within 2 hours of submission - if it comes outside of trading hours (as most are) it will be 7:00 am the following day.

So, in short the timing and the content are not at all matched. After the reach TD they will have to prepare an RNS and submit it to the LSE - everything else is out of their control.

I am not taking any more until and unless we test recent lows - just above 1.0p - which I seriously doubt. I agree with you McNol I think 1.25p (BID) will be today's low.

No, being serious - no news or knowledge of any delays. BUt even if they had spudded today we are unlikely to hear about it until after the event and, with TD only likely to take 2/3 days we might not hear about it until reaching target depth - why pay for the cost of two RNS's when one, far more meaningful, will do? It could even come with news of further Helium shows - fingers crossed anyway.

Let's get teh EWT out of the ay before we even start to consider the likelihood or otherwise of a "placing" or fundraise. If teh EWT crashes and burns there will be no need of anything!! There will be no need for a fundraise unless the EWT is successful, in which case there will be innumerable options on the table. IF we can raise funds and keep control of 100% of the asset I would not mind too much - it will pay shareholders eventually - if you can fund it!

Liquidity on both sides now improving - I can get a quote on the Bid and Offer for 1m shares 1.301p Bid 1.31p Offer. Next to no spread, so I expect to see increasing activity and sp movement .

Yes and now NT for stock in "size". It's certainly a buyers market this morning.

The actual spread is about 1.31 - 1.33 dependent on volumes - the bid drops on larger volumes but the offer doesn't seem to change very much - despite the 1.38p Offer price.
