AJ, they absolutely did RNS the start of the drill BUT not until after the event. As the last 100 - 150m is likely to take no more than 2/3 days, the first we hear of it may be when they reach TD....

Any thoughts on what that might be? I can think of a few things but none seem particularly realistic currently.

More poignantly it raises the question of where the company is going to get the cash to repay the loan? I don't see anything on the immediate horizon that suggests that they are about to come into additional cash. Unless anyone knows something I don't?

The spread is about to close at 1.2044 - 1.225p for 1m shares - that UT will have to come in way above the ask 😉

Not me - unless it's as a result of a UT trade as indeed it was on Friday.

My point being that we will not get advance knowledge of it, that's all.

Actually TBTB, we will probably "see" the RNS before it actually appears in the trading volumes a day or two before it comes out. 😊

Just a small correction; it was Itumbula and not Taiwhen the BoD reported that the drill had begun at the weekend (on 6th January) on the Monday (8th January).

Tai 3 reported on 25th September that drilling had started on 25th September. So I think we can rely on the BoD to inform us once they kick-off - albeit maybe late if it occurs at the weekend.

That said Kiwitwo, at 12.56 someone thought quite the opposite.... just goes to show that you would be ill-advised to rely on other people's opinions - you have to decide upon your own 😉

There are a lot better things to "waste" money on, so I suggest it is the latter.... that said, it is only £29.99k of confidence, which is hardly likely to move the market.

I have little doubt that operational activity will already have begun, so "imminent" in any interpretation is probably correct. The difference being that, as we have already been told that this is about to happen in the Webinar the other day, it is questionable whether this is worthy of "RNSing" and if not (as I suggest it isn't) what exactly is? I do recall that for TAI 3 we didn't here about the start of the drill until a day or two AFTER it had actually begun (it started over a weekend)

If it was at the weekend just passed they may not have yet had time to get an RNS written up and submitted as yet - however I suspect it more likely to happen over the course of this week.

Exactly right emptyend, the US OTC operates on a matched bargain basis and shares change hands at prices that bear absolutely no relation to UK prices. I have seen similar shares move as much as 100% over the course of one day and back down again by as much the following. There is absolutely ZERO correlation between the two markets.

In my opinion only in the events of 1) A takeover or major Farm Out 2) Production. The big caveat being, without a JV or Farm-Out (dilutive in any event) how will we get to production without a significant dilution? If we have that sizeable dilution that is likely to further extend the timeframe to that 28p.
