Moreover, as I have said many times this figure has been known for months and months - how come you are only raising it now?! You were more than happy with it not being a problem until Yesterday?! It tanked because of the presentation? Maybe broomtree, or maybe it only went up in the first place because of the presentation and the false and hyped up expectations about what that presentation was anticipated to deliver?! "Air Liquide" ring any bells?!

As someone commented earlier we ended today at about the same sp as we closed on Friday before the official announcement of the presentation. So broadly neutral.

Because more often than not those placing shares have been forward sold in any event and few if any of the underwriters ever end up being long term holders anyway!

Toffers where on God's earth have you been? The figure of £50m has been in the public domain for months and months as the development cost for the production facilities, and which stimulated the previous conversations with JV partners! If that has only now become a concern, you had not done enough homework from the outset!! Thank fully what we learned today is that Modular Production units may make this cost considerably lower and allow the company to monetise early without this level of outlay.

Even if they do have to raise capital on the open markets they should be able to do so with far higher a Market Cap after a successful EWT and thereby avoid a dramatic dilution. Moreover if they get a really good outcome from the EWT and then a subsequent CPR they could use that independent assessment for a loan and avoid any form of direct dilution at all. Particularly if they can point to future revenues from the Modular Production Facility.

Where I do agree with you is that they managed to raise Capital in February at 1.5p so what happened between February and June that meant that they now had to run cap in hand to the market at a huge discount at 0.5p? What happened to their "long term supportive investors"?

I agree with your first assertion, they should not have done it - no upside and a load of downside, which is exactly what we got.

However I see no likelihood of the EWT coming up with an outcome that is not "commercial". It will simply be a question of how commercial and how and when to get it into production in my view... it will be the extent of the upside.

I am sure they could BUT until they get the EWT results it is all somewhat premature; they need those results for confirmation. Issuing early may well result in their having to recant at a later date and that would be disastrous for all concerned.

It certainly is but that of itself is not necessarily a good thing - it creates complications, uncertainties and unique problems that would otherwise not need solving. On the other hand the gas being unassociated with Hydro Carbons offsets those complexities.

I would agree DEN but you know what the irony is? I actually think he was telling us what he thought we wanted to hear! That we shareholders don't want to dilute our assets by bringing in a JV or Farm-Out partner. Actually is we can monetise the Helium using modular production and compression plants at each well, generate sufficient income to drill another well or borrow the money to do so, why would we want to dilute our assets.

Whether or not that is realistic remains to be seen - RogerJolly and I have been there before with another Tanzanian Gas producer, so know how tricky that can be.

I would largely mirror everything you have said there skippys but with one very big exception - I actually managed to INCREASE my bloody average!! 😣😖🤬
