Asset Management Companies like L&G run AIM listed portfolios for end clients for IHT purposes so will have a wide spread of AIM investments - they have to spread funds across a good range of AIM listed companies and very few are worth investing in without the risk of reputational damage for L&G - so yes, I would agree, the fact that they have selected He1 is a big +ve.

Pretty hefty increase I would agree but not a huge involvement from a company the size L&G I would suggest. Many posters here have more than that and I am only 3m behind them. And I presume they got theirs at the placing price of 0.5p which is more than any of us did! ;0)

L&G are certainly a shareholder - quite in what quantity and at what price remains an open question but without trawling through all the TR1 RNS's since 31st May I am not going to find out - and I don't feel inclined to do that only to find that they bought via the placing.

According to the FT L&G held 11.7m as recently as 31st May 2024 - so must have increased on the last placing. If they now hold 201+m that is one hell of an increase.

Even if it drops into the Red intraday it will close Blue - those MM's will be testing the resolve of those in profit and a move into the Red will sport the wheat from the chaff. Moreover tomorrow's seminar will do the same as I am not expecting it to say anything new. However anyone expecting revelations tomorrow is missing the point - Spud and EWT are the targets here and successful EWT should take this way beyond current levels. So the derampers may be right in the short term and may achieve their aim if that is to effect marginally lower entry price but actually intraday price movements are totally irrelevant to the real investors here - the prize here arrives in the next few weeks and NOT the next few hours.

That is a very fair response Malpenn and I hope you are correct. That said I have a healthy scepticism of related party transactions as conflicts of interest are difficult to manage. Moreover even a JV is another form of dilution as a percentage of any future proceeds of development will no longer going into shareholders pockets. THoiugh I will be the first to admit that JV's often are very good for shareholders as the "time to market" angle is beneficial and the sp can rocket on a good JV deal.

Though, again Malpenn what are your anticipated timescales firstly on the White Flame deal (if it goes through) and, then again, on a JV? Certainly not "imminent" in my view.

They are not remotely comparable Bezinio, He1 are about to initiate a spud and an EWT. When is JAY going to be doing the same?

I will be investing in JAY but there is a lot of water to flow under the bridge first and even then I will be keeping a lot of powder dry as capital raising and dilution is an inevitability for AIM listed companies with no income to fund exploration and development.

At the seminar you sell "the sizzle" not "the sausage".... "the sausage" requires an RNS!

What she has to say tomorrow may have an immediate, short term impact on the sp but ultimately this is all about the EWT and Spud. LB is NOT going to announce a JV over a "webinar" and anyone that thinks she will is deluded - anything of that nature will have to come out ion an RNS first and the webinar will simply be confirmation. In my view , as some said yesterday, we will not get a JV without the results of the EWT, so some will simply have to be patient. Will it eventually be Air Liquide? Yes, maybe but nothing will be confirmed until after EWT and probably Mining License.

If the above comes as a surprise and disappointment to some and they all sell as a consequence there may well be a short term impact but nothing that won't be recovered on positive EWT news.

Toffers whether the rumour is based on truth or not LB and the He1 BoD have no obligation to say anything until it becomes a reality - meaning that until it is signed, sealed and delivered we will hear nothing. It is a moot point as to what it is that has caused the recent rise and much of it had been established long before such a rumour started to circulate. The rise can be justified purely on the forthcoming EWT and Spud for Itumbula re-entry so the BoD will have no imperative to say anything about a rise.
