I had the same conversation but with a slightly different conclusion - that the timeline for the the rig discussed was somewhat different to the timeline you suggest in point 3 above.

However I will let that ride and await the details that are, as you suggest, due to be "shared shortly".

But don't forget onsolidground, on 7th February we issued another 313 million shares and since then another 1.7 billion... so bear no direct comparison to today's sp. Though the Market cap's are relevant and 7th Feb MC is still a considerably higher than today's; approximately 2.5 x higher.

In any event he told us that we would see 1p long before we would ever see 2p; indeed that we would never see 2p at all. So I can't really see what we should be apologising for Rojo - it was joyo that was 100% wrong and yet I have never seen an apology from him...

If the share price gets as low as 1p I will apologise to joyo, of course BUT only after he apologises to the BB for telling us all that the sp would NOT reach 2p, when it has been there and more at least twice - oh and shows us evidence of his eating his donkey.

By the way BG and CP, the BoD told us at the AGM that the TPDC were trying to exercise their pre-emption rights on the SCIR shares and nick the sale out of Zubairs pockets... ARA had to negotiate that risk away together with TPDC threat to increase their back-in quotient from 15% up to the max of 25%.

The first would hardly have affected AEX very much but the second would have done. Though could anyone have guaranteed that the TPDC would ever have held up their contribution to costs - pre-emption rights come with full funding obligations but back-in rights do not - "development" costs only.

Jimmy, I have every sympathy with those sentiments, though far better that they took the options after the raise rather than before!! As ever my only gripe is the level that the options have been set! Surely give the shareholders some comfort that BoDre expecting a good sp rise by setting the exercise price at 2p... It seems that everyone gets "freebies" here (boD, placing investors, Nomad Broker ) except the long suffering LTH who get the pi55 ripped out of them at every turn.

LB looked somewhat concerned at the fact the shareholders weren't able to take advantage of the recent raise and then kicks them in the balls by taking options at a bargain basement level and diluting the shareholders by 10%.... crocodile tears methinks.

Moreover StockCheque if, as you say, ARA will still have to pay for a CPR at some point in any event maybe they simply have chosen to defer the date for production until it is more useful or impactful? After Nt1 and Nt2 workovers perhaps, once they have the Well Test info to add into the data...?

Oh and StockCheque the CPR was NOT a prerequisite for the Dev License but for the TPDC to commit to building the Pipeline - i.e. they did not want to commit to a "dead duck". They subsequently received the comfort they needed elsewhere and so committed without the CPR.

But, as I say, if you do not believe me, so be it, see if I care - prepare for disappointment ;0)

Quite right Edgar and now, as the TPDC do not need one either why bother? Why spend the money? As you say AEX may like one but certainly wouldn't be spending money on it until necessary.

And I could quote RNS's until the cows come home but how many of those have subsequently been proven false or have been superseded? 90% of them, is the answer - there is no reason to consider those quoted below to be any different.

Now I see why, the Bid price just sank to 0.76p... disappointing. I was hoping for a good tick up on today's RNS.

According to the LSE the Market Size for He1 is 200,000 and yet I cannot even get a quote to sell 200,000.... maybe HL have a load of buy orders in at present and are simply matching them? Interactive Investor can't even get a price for my sale order for 200,000....

Apologies; yes, I ignored the second list, so, let me amend that ; 4 from the top list (I have included well pad) and maybe another 2 from the bottom list. So RJ, sorry, yes, if you include those listed for TPDC then yes I can see that number being as many as 6.

But anyway I have better things to do than this.

Well StockCheque I won't be holding my breath. In my view we might get the first three on your list this side of Christmas and I doubt any of those will do much to move the dial on the sp either.

But hey ho, all of you that chose not to turn up for the AGM would, of course, know so much better...
