Mmmmm something of a "volte face" there eh? So posting the above only two hours after the placing RNS and yet the following day being offered and accepting part of the placing.

I have just messaged LB via linkedin in relation to the fund raise abd RS & DS comments below - I am not expecting a response but will be intrigued to see what , if anything, follows from it.

I think I will repost dsymons and Robsaunders LSE posts on the Helium One Linkedin page to see if Helium One or their advisers might choose to share the same information with their shareholders and the "market" over linkedin or other social media platforms.

So Robnsaunders and dsymons maybe you could tell us all precisely "what information they have garnered" over the last 8 weeks and precisely what "positive information" the team shared with you?

Yes LBview and, if you are to believe dsymons the capital raise was done on the basis of his and others being aware of "inside information"..... Which will be interesting when it gets reported to the BoD and the LSE.

Toffers, do you seriously believe that those 16bn shares are still sitting in the hands of those that bought them?! NO! They did not give two hoots about the prospects of the REWT Itumbula or anything else - they have already disappeared with their 10 -20%....

The discount was then reason to buy them, the reason they were oversubscribed, not the company's prospects. Nothing is certain until after the EWT.

You are right Itumbula has not yet been proven commercial; that is why they had to raise money at a ridiculous discount recently, they would not have chosen to do so if the well had already been proven "commercial". However that meant the share price fell significantly.

My view is that there is a good chance that the EWT will prove Itumbula to be "commercial", though it is not without risk.

Those people who hold He1 when He1 announces Itumbula to be "commercial" are the people who will make the most money out of He1 and so buying a lot more shares at 0.50p or just above looked to be very good opportunity.

I think that the sp will continue to climb all the way to the initiation of EWT and beyond. I may de-risk through top slicing before the announcement of the EWT results (I have a lot of shares!) but will still be sitting on few million when the EWT results are announced because those shares could be worth many, many times their current value.

So now please toddle along and forget your vacuous theories about my having sold out and looking for a lower entry... that might be your one-dimensional, overly simplistic approach but it certainly isn't mine.

I disagree Crypt - "how much" is NOT the only issue - there is oceans of it - the question is can they extract it at a sufficient rate to make it commercial. Helium is seeping out of the ground all over our acreage in concentrations of 10% - but that does not make it commercial. It needs to becoming out of the ground under pressure and at speed (flow rate), hence the questions around flow rates and possible stimulation.

FWIW dsymons I do not think that based upon the original Itumbula drill it is "commercial" as it stands - that is why they are drilling another 100 -150 metres deeper - to increase flow rates and investigate new faults - had it already been commercial do you think they would not have said so?! Those third party lab results? Do you not think they would have rushed those out asap? Do you think they would have raised at 0.5p before announcing it as already "commercial"?

NO is the answer.

There is a big difference dsymons between us and Noble - Noble have a traditional basin "play" an area where the Helium gets trapped on its way to the surface under a layer of impervious rock and hence this can be tapped in the traditional way - the question for them (for that particular play) is how much is there, how much can be recovered and at what rate. He1 does not have a traditional basin; the Helium is not being trapped, it is just flowing to the surface unimpeded, so that poses different questions; how fast is it flowing, can it be stimulated to flow faster, how long will the Helium continue to flow..... The "commerciality" of Itumbula will only be known once answers to these questions have been established. Like you dsymons I am optimistic, confident even, but, to my mind, it is not a "slam dunk"..

You are preaching to the converted Selangore I would not argue with your assessment, though simply highlight that all of that upside is totally and absolutely dependent on the EWT outcome - it is totally binary. So the Broker assessment of 5.52 or 3.85p is almost an irrelevance. A good EWT outcome and the price should well exceed that figure but a poor one and it is curtains for all of us in my view - they won't be able to go back to the market yet again for more money.

Moreover if you look at the presentation there is insufficient capital for another appraisal drill at Tai3 or another location, so it is Itumbula or bust. If the EWT is positive will they wait for production before extending Tai3 or drilling another well? I doubt it . so there could be another raise between now and "production" but it shoudl be at a far higher sp / market cap etc and so not too dilutive.

Sean I think you will find that the figure you quote of 5.52p does not take account of the recent increase in share issue from 3.7bn to 5.3bn shares - hence an adjusted figure would be circa 3.85p. Plus that figure is a forecast from the company's own broker and hence not totally "impartial" ;0)

Yes EWT is a BIG risk but that is a risk worth taking - this is all about risk versus reward - the risk is high but so too is the potential reward. Just because YOU are a lily livered scaredy cat that doesn't like to take a risk does not mean that everyone is.
