Broadly agree Troajan, those that have stated that the "overhang" has already been absorbed are either deluded or have their own agenda. This overhang won't be completely dealt with until sometime early next week. I think that will continue to keep a "lid" on things in the intervening period. As I said earlier some don't have the option of forward selling, or, at least don't have the access to, or choose to pay the price for, doing so (stock lending)

Clemdave you are right, the EWT will be completed in days and weeks but the analysis and independent reporting of the data will tame many weeks if not months, if past performance is anything to go by.

No Toffers the MM's have no influence on what or how the LSE chooses to "tag" the trades, that is purely their ineffective methodology.

£49m in my view, or circa 0.90 - 0.95p post the introduction of 1.6bn shares being admitted to the market and that is without any impetus from the forthcoming EWT.

I see a number of posters telling everyone why the BoD were shafting shareholders yesterday and why it is the sp will be back down at 0.5p before too long. Well as it happens I totally disagree and will repost my post from last night to illustrate why.

Many on this board have long been clamoring to get the raise out of the way so that everyone has uninterrupted sight of the company's trajectory towards EWT and, hopefully, beyond. We now have that and by any measure that puts us in a better place than this time last week.

At close of play yesterday (Monday) the Market Cap was £41m and that without the funding for EWT - now we have that £8m funding and no obvious, significant interruptions between now and EWT (long lead times notwithstanding). So no material uncertainties excluding the result of the EWT itself - so if this stock was worth £41m yesterday (Monday) it must now be worth at least another £8m today and with a clear path to EWT. This has to rise, at least to £41m yesterdays closing Market Cap and some mre for the £8m on the balance sheet. Where did we finish tonight? £24m so that is a 100% from here at least before EWT and then some, in my view.

WE have the 1.6 billion shares being admitted to the market on Friday and this will cause an "adjustment" to the sp through the market cap but the sp actually went UP after the admission of the shares from the 7th Feb raise (15th Feb) and I see no reason to think that it will do anything else on this occasion.

Sorry, fat finger yet again 0.92p actually, though only a rough figure of course. Had we doe the same calculation last week the starting market cap would have been £44m, so there isn't much science to it.

More material for me is the clear, uninterrupted path to EWT - the sp can now rise unaffected by a potential capital raise.

Well a rough calculation would look something like £41m market cap yesterday + £8 capital raised then divided by 5.3bn shares

£49m divided by 5.3bn = 0.91p

Buda_. My sincere apologies for my response to you earlier. I only now see what it was that you were actually saying; tat on Friday the sp will be affected by the introduction of 1.6m shares into the Market Cap calculation. Yes of course they will. The question though is to what extent, if at all, will that fact be discounted in the current sp and market capital? I think it will be largely discounted.

Deep100 as an AIM listed company they are required to publish half yearly reports and accounts that detail what they have spent money on - they are not required to give everyone chapter and verse on their monthly outgoings. To expect them to do so is both totally unrealistic and nonsensical. You will get all the info you are asking for with the next set of accounts.

If that were true why oh why did they need to raise at a 50+% discount to the sp at the time. NO sorry that really does not stack up. Moreover very few if any of that 1.61bn shares will still be held by the "investors" that bought them; by the time that EWT completes they will have long gone with their 10 -20% guaranteed profit.
