Quite right Blubay, which is why most of those buying the placing shares will have exited already with their "margin". The possible exceptions being their "longer term" investor (who took the Feb 7th placing at 1.5p) who may simply be averaging down for the EWT "ride".

RP the "price" or the sp whatever you want to call it is a total irrelevance it is the total market value that is relevant! if you have 5bn shares of 1p it is worth exactly the same as a company who's sp is 10p but only have 500million shares. When He1 had a share price of 25 p it had marginally less than 500 million shares in issue but now has over 5.3billion well over 10 times as many - so a share price of 25p in 2021 is worth the same as 2.5p now.

Yes RP we may "easily" get back to £290m but LordNaz's point was that 7.8p does not equate to £290m but £413m - which is quite a difference - is that achievable post EWT? Possibly but the numbers would have to be really good and with a Mining License and a very good JV contract. In my view of course ;0)

Dsymons - honestly I do think this issue about "Lab Results" is a total Red Herring. Firstly do we actually know that they ever sent the data and samples for testing? I don't think we do. Moreover, as they concluded that we need to do an EWT to determine and confirm commerciality, what possible benefit would we have got from the Lab Results? Simple confirmation of the 4.7% max Helium concentration etc. I would strongly suggest that if they believed that the Lab Results would offer the possibility of confirming "commerciality" they would have sent them off and we would have got the results by now BUT because they would not or could not confirm commerciality with the Lab Results they are fairly irrelevant. The onsite Lab results gave us all that we know to conclude that an EWT was necessary and that third party Lab Testing and results will provide next to nothing.

Indeed so, it is still, relatively, 20% cheaper than it was before the placing on Monday and now without any uncertainty around the possibility or terms of a potential raise. Anyone investing for the EWT has nothing more to cloud the horizon. How many will take the risk? Quite a few methinks based upon the confidence levels around the "commerciality" of Itumbula. Still a tremendous risk - reward ratio here in my view.

Well let's be reasonable, after the rise this week there are bound to be some that are cashing in ahead of the weekend - traders and day traders typically don't like keeping positions open over a weekend and the MM's will see them coming a mile off...

But Sharebel none of that matters if, like most people here you are not "day trading" or simply trading. Most investors don't care about intraday movements nor indeed day to day movements but only the outcome of the EWT and beyond. Even if the MM's do try to take an opportunistic, short term advantage of the spike, so what, who cares we are all up 50% a 5 -10% move from here on an intraday basis is of no concern at all to 90% of the people here.

Nonsense; Many will already hold shares that they sell today to replace on Friday and even those who do not hold shares will be able to "borrow" shares (stock lending), sell them today and deliver the shares upon receipt on Friday..... many of the 1.61bn shares issued on Friday will have already been sold; by Friday most if not all of those intending to sell in the short term will have done so.

£50m is exactly my expectation Whoknowswhy, not sure quite when but early next week is certainly a strong possibility.; 0.95p here we come.

I'm not sure that we need an RNS to justify this price as discussed early this week prior to the placing the Market Cap was £41m with 3.7bn shares post raise the market cap should have returned to £41m PLUS the £8m of cash raised divided by the new shares in issue 5.3bn.

That should put the post admission share price somewhere between at 0.90 - 0.95p - so still some way to go and all that without the EWT which, of course, we now have an uninterrupted pathway to. The logic was compelling and that was the reason I bought a load more at between 0.525 - 0.54p.

And a desperate fantasist at that.

I'm eaten my fill for the time being Growmore - will await the outcome of EWT before my next decision.
