Yes, this is generally an informative board.
So many others boards it is just pointless looking at for any relevant information.
Personally, I feel many are too fixated on the past highs. These were clearly due to sector excitement and hype and were neither justified, or sustainable, especially at the stage of growth the company was in at the time. I know many may feel aggrieved due to investing at prices at these higher levels and are impatient, but the comparisons to 3p are not really helpful, or justified, imo.
In the past few years, we have seen the same with small cap O&G, so-called covid stocks, hydrogen stocks, etc. These boards are littered with investors (gamblers?) who got sucked in looking for a quick return on a rapidly rising sector and see themselves stuck and blaming the Govt, management, etc after the share has fallen away from those highs.
AIM is risky, and you are battling the odds no matter how good your research is. The rewards can be great, but after an initial excitement and surge, it can often be a long wait for a 'recovery' when a company progresses from initial hype/excitement, to being established, stable and growing. It does not seem rational to be at the current SP with the news we have and the potential compared to a year or 15 months or so ago, but that is how it is, how AIM seems to work.
We are seeing a good stream of news, plenty of projects at various stages, but this will not be a quick return for investors. We are past the stage of rockets and multi-bags on any good news. The markets will perhaps not react how investors think they should. Continued tangible progress, delivery, cash generation will drive the SP, along with outside factors which the company has no control over.
More than happy to be holding here, and thanks to the knowledgeable posters for sharing their insights.
