I have more than you here and a ridiculous amount in Ncyt due to averaging down. 2 good companies. Both highly innovative. Ncyt already produces and sells and was at £12.50 in Jan. Now about £3 depending what time of day. Screwed over by the govt who refused to pay up ..court jobbie.
Both companies poor at PR and neglect p/i’s .
Stonking loss on Ncyt as bought at £9 originally.
This market takes no prisoners.

Rest went in at high seventies. So 96p it is I think.

We have had quite a few 1 trades recently. Trainspotter here is a saddo who watches the trades live a lot. Seen loads of’em. No RNS after.
But that doesn’t mean it’s always the case. And like you say it doesn’t mean a good rns if it does come about.
I’ll take whatever comes if it does . Learned not to expect.

I agree re. Shareholder neglect. It’s appalling. 49 emails. No reply. I don’t believe they care either. But the fundamental profit and growing broad market for new products is good. They have a future. They just don’t care about shareholders. So I expect zero RNS’s.
Shares bought back are usually cancelled. So they just no longercecist. It gradually invreases share value in theory. Many compsnies do it.

Ncyt just needs more and more patience and shutting away. Pcr is not dead. I personally believe we have nasty surpises ahead due to this feeble govt. . Their handling of covid from beginning to end should be followed up with legal recriminations. Many have died. NHS workers are now considering action for unfair pay increase. My MP today sent off my validated concerns about no front line defence to the DHSC. Last year I got a reply back 6 months later-truth. Democracy?

No news means s/p is aurobotted down. It doesn’t have to go down on lack of buyers. There is not a plethora of sellers. It’s bot-pressure. Usually there are accumulators at work.
DHSC? I said back in Feb or March that this legal action would drag. Some thought it’d be settled amicably and quickly. Nope. Usually drags on and on. I have been involvedcin 3 cases. One still going 2 1/2 years later.DHSC dispute will finish when it finishes. Open-ended. No point being optimistic or pessimistic. None of is has a clue. Illusory to say it’ll turn out fine. It might. It might not. Yes ii’s will not jump in with such overhangs. Their parameters are very tight normally.
Buy or sit on hands.
Winter will bring enough demand if p/i’s have the patience. Full year guidance is reduced but that takes all the bad news out.
US are sensible re. PCR’s.
I doubt Ncyt would put too much faith in more govt. contracts in the UK anyway.
Will they pay up? I know they have the new NHS contract though.

Many institutions are prohibited from buying AIM stocks because of low market cap. They won’t even look at AIM. Hence Nasdaq. Directors could be accused of Insider trading on positive information particularly if close to RNS. There are strict time rules around result RNS’s.
AIM is not the focus of most instis except those with a specialized microcap fund.
Snaffling cheap shares is not that easy for istis in AIM. And some have strict benchmarks too.
Only when the fat lady sings( Oliveira has sold out) can the dust settle here. All up in the air!!
I’d be highly interested if anyone knows how many he has sold to date.

Short term who knows? Oliveira must have sold a large amount of his holding though. Been at it since 2nd Sep when price was much higher.
Any share can go anywhere.
RBS got to 10p. Lloyds 22p. Glencore 65p . Etc etc
But he will eventually run out of shares.
Ok the s/p coukd be anywhere. But as you say…updates are on the cards. Several irons in fire. 0518? Never count on success but has been promising to date.

I am a LTH and am disapppointed in the way I, as a stakeholder, am treated..or neglected. Almost all RNS’s undermine the company. The last one was good.
A lot of people are disgruntled as they are consistently losing money. One cpuld argue that’s their responsibility. That holds water.
But let him theow the first stone who is free from sin himself. Analogy.
I have ranted and will prob. get shot down for this as happens . But we are at £2.90 ffs. That really is a joke.

I have been in many companies who have issued such RNS’s. As recently as PFC on the Fraud Office threat. They seem not to care about the s/p at all. This is sad and disheartening.It may be that they and institutions want p/i’s out and can wait as long as it takes. They have a nice wage.
I don’t mean to be unfair..but where did Graham’s promises lead us before he bailed out?
The company makes profit but at the expense of our investment.
It does not cultivate loyalty from investors.
Ignoring the p/i seems to be the present modus operandi of many /most companies.

I may consider a NO too.
With many many shares.
But wonder over the effect of no quora.
