It may just be a voting thank you and goodbye job on 29th Sep at AGM/EGM. But I would like to think that the company would be kind enough to consider the man/woman in the street ( p/i’s) with some sort of salesman update.
Their PR has been utterly negligent to the point of vacant. Do they want the price this low? Recent RNS was more positive re. NHS contracts and new products /planned product LFT. However the market is not impressed.
The govt. is also palpably negligent and have been from the beginning. Vaccines were only good move. I speak to the US where they still have almost full restrictions but lower vaccine uptake. They won’t let pupils or students into college or school unless vaccinated( single vaccine dose..not AZ) . Here the kids have nil restrictions and no vaccine. I have been in school this week. A spike is inevitable. It is as if covid does not exist. We have 10 times higher cases than this time last year. Going into winter. SAGE has warned the govt. this week against NHS hospital chaos. The core fear of the govt. Yet the govt. is doing almost everything wrong ( IMO of course!)
Booster jab October good move. But loosening travel restriictions is utter lunacy . McNally at Uni of Birmingham suggests govt. is inviting transmission. I agree. Scotland proved schools are No 1 on list of transmitters. Yet zero restrictions. The jabs do not prevent transmission. To abandon pcr testing at airports is a politically driven act of lunacy. All the scientific advisory boards say that the more cases we have the more likely a new deadlier variant.
I am an ex party member. Resigned through incompetence of Boris. Even my Tory MP has agreed with me but cannot make it public of course. LFT’s from China are useless but the DHSC is secretive. The latest excuse is that travel tourists are being “ ripped off” by pcr’s at £69. I can think of many other ways the govt. is ripping us off through stealthy taxes. A fob-off excuse.
The govt. wants to save money and is making a BIG mistake as Mr. McNally says.
No restrictions!! Also in schools!! No statutory pcr tests on arrival at airports or within 3 days!!! Hallo covid…come on in in your new variant guise. I do not expect many people to like my powerful distaste for this govt’s ignorance but it is there. They are ( apart from vaccine) bordering on illegally incompetent as this involves loss of life.
We have a long winter.
Shoot me down ( as some love to do here!) but Ncyt seem not to give a hoot about the investor either. That may be contentious. But I am on an enormous 60% loss here ( since Jan) and it doesn’t improve.
I tend to be positive about Ncyt and just say bottom drawer and leave. Ok . Hope fully the winter will be more lucrative for them. But I think something at hthe agm/egm is called for.
Let’s see.

Re. TR1 the regulator is abysmally slow. I once had to issue 5 TR1’s ( 2017) for a small AIM oilie. ( Trinity). The regulator rang me at home 5 months after the going over …3% ( I can’t remember the exact AIM % now) . I remember being shocked at how long until they asked. I didn’t know what a TR1 was!
4D may infeed have prompted him. Or maybe he just gets the ball rolling finally himself.
I have been in 4D a while now but do not profess to fully understand the bio-science of the products. I rather focus on the complaints they are treating.
Well underwater at 98p and would have liked to buy at 70 but no buffer. All in Ncyt darnit. And Trin..a sound solid investment which I originally bought at £1:50 then at 1.5p on the edge of liquidisation which is the only way I have anything at all. Stands at equivalent of 15.4p now( 154 after consolidation) If not for crazily faithful decision to buy at 1.5p on the precipice I would gave zilch as lost it gung ho in POG and RBS. Old hat now but a warning to high risk investors. Rosk lost me it. Risk got me some back. I find the roller coaster of (some peoples’) lives an education. Least of all my own poor ( and good) decisions.
4D is fascinating . To me it is the market games I learn. The stealth is astounding.

I personally do not fully understand the TR1’s implications even though I have read these posts.
Anyone who has the patience to explain ..would be appreciated. I took it as S.Ocean and Nemean ( Steven Oliveira) selling about 1% but we have 3 days more selling to add to that. Am I right?
And he could keep selling.
Now this has nothing to do with the company per se or its products or research. Just the share price.

I have been in this game since buying BT shares in 1985 . I think it was ‘85.
I don’t think in all my time on these bb’s that I have ever read a sharper and more insightful post than yours.
I agree 150% if that were possible.

BOD are on rather large deficit having bought at £1.10p. I doubt it was a gamble. They must have had some faith based on scientific results to date.

A lot of autobot buying accumulating at these rock bottom prices. I speculate as to who.

I feel same and am in same position as you.
I am out of cash though. I have the courage but hold so many already and would have to sell Ncyt on a loss to buy more.

The buys are interesting.
They could be from several sources.
As bots drive the price down it may even be shorters filling positions. Or not.
But the buys are noticeable post bot sale.

Either they are seriously trying to bring price down or there is a consistent seller doing it for them. Relentless.

Hard enough to gauge shorting here. Under 0.5% could be a few. No positions above 0.5% atm but World Quant were below o.5 for a while and may still be in.

That’s ok. I read a story on it years ago. The story said it was banned. If that is wrong it’s fine by me. I don’t know the difference between them . I have believed it was illegal for many years.
