I have been here many many times before.
Results??? No idea.
But it gives them food to worry the p/i.
Directors own 10%. Not common on AIM.
1:10p Placing. Much to lose.
This has risk factors but is not a pure gamble.
And why should conferences be scraping the barrel for unreal RNS’s.
NEVER expect an RNS unless a date is given or results legally required by a date.
Waiting for RNS’s to frop is a mug’s game.
They come when they come.

It is not just overdue or not overdue news.
There are games afoot. Shorters. Sellers. Accumulators.
This has been at 80p several times before. It is not just because of overdue news or scraping the barrel. Too simplistic. Respectfully disagreeing.
Conferences do not necessarily mean positive results or ripping RNS’s. I don’t expect them.
But I don’t go with either the whoopiedoo optimists or the doommongers. There are evidently market games afoot. Blatant if you look at the trades and I will not accept otherwise.
But we are mushrooms and must go with the flowcor give away our shares.

Opinion:- shorters closing ( WQ)rather than be caught short. Certain financial bodies /individuals have orders in to accumulate at this giveaway price. Which is why the price is so low. To permit this.
As the market is so corrupt and manipulated the marketeers ( mm’s) have complete control over the price which is here for a reason.
Now this cannot be proven.
Which is why they continually get away with it day after day..year after year. In so so many shares. Divorced from real value. Until they decide to hike the price.
They have software which shoes how many private buys are still outstandingl held. So they know what we hold and what shares are floating.
It’s very controlled and clever.
Favoured instis get first call.
And the p/i is just meat to eat.
Insecurity regarding results just feeds the marketeers.
Opinion:- Hold . Or buy if you can.
I can’t as the mm’s have frozen my other share . You can buybit but not sell it.
All so damn corrupt.
But knowing their games is empowering.
Hold or buy.

1) No fad
2) poven effects on tumours and IBS and potentially Crohn’s.
3) All pharmas need phased rigorous testing which takes time
4) Bionemes have had therapeutic effects since man been around. Buy actimel.
5) Risk? Some. But supported by Merck and Pfizer and Oxford based in US . Latter offered chunk of shares for 5 years.
6) Funded into 2023( end 2022)
7) 10% director holding
8) upcoming presentation. Update inevitable
9) Market fishing for cheap shares.

Microbiomes are no fad. Internal effects upon digestion and the gut were known decades ago.
Hence Merck and Pfizer.
4D is not a quasi-company.
Effects upon tumours already proven.
A poster or two here with punters’ knowledge would really not know.
I have a fair bio-knowledge.
This is not some flash in the pan bet.

There could be many reasons for the oncology presentations. Not necessarily blinding news. But I think there would have to be an update involved implicitly within the presentations.
Which is voluntary and may be welcome.
I do know several pharmas who have done presentations for media purposes or fund raising along with other reasons. So I keep the bar of expectation sensible.
A little like Sylvania Platinum this month....the marketeers plummeted it 20% for atree shake before hiking it again before their presentation. Sneaky.
I would expect the same here so am ready for shenanegans.
But as Forte Biosciences( who also held presentations) showed....it’s not all roses sometimes.
I however hold far greater hope in the microbiome for IBS and Crohns along with pretty much proven carcinogenic statistical significance. Unlike Forte.
So a lot more realism here.
I am encouraged by the presentations but have had fingers cauterised in the market so many times that I just take what comes.

I have made many mistakes. One ore two big ones. . I only lost a lot on RBS and POG with nasty and stealthy 15:1 Rights Issue. POG was my biggest ever loss. Horrific. Caught me out but my bad.

Re. the management here...we do need updates.
They are very poor at this.
It contributes hugely to the low share price.
But it is a stonking buy opportunity and/or entry price for those who can.

Being in Novacyt I am well used to mega-drops. You are not alone in big share plummets. I was on PFC and RBS. And Capita and Carillion. Not to mention Stob . I think RBS took the biscuit. But Northern Roch took all my money too. 4D ( like Ncyt) is just divorced from reality though. It doesn’t need a big sell to slump it. They just facilitate favoured investing houses’ trades. Or World Quant ask nicely.
Caight me out again.
Will be another long wait if they drive us into the seventy p’s again :-(

They do what they like when they like. It is either City algo trading or Wquant ( my belief).We may be back in the 70p’s next week but I’ll just have to grimace and bear it. Ouch right now. Did not expect slam dunk quite so quickly again. They may not quite be finished but the ain’t getting these shares at this price

Never expect “ news on Monday”.
Trials results would have to be released once known as “ material effect” on s/p.
Sell? Shakeout? 78p again? Or a rise?
I have no idea.
Like most ( all?) am sitting on large red number on large holding. Dammit.
I thought Placing was cheap! Then wham held below 95 for months.Held at 79-81 for weeks.
Manipulation of course but was it a sell at end of day at 82.3p?? Hard to think they managed to buy at that. 86.3 was the punters’ low.
I am hoping they do not take it down again but I never bloidy know with this puppet share.
It’s all in their hands.
I personally do not expect a statement Monday. Just more games. Because I don’t like to expect from companies.
But I do think it’s WQ responsible myself.

Recorded numbers are far lower than the real number of cases out there. We had nearly 40k today and nearly 200 mortalities. Testing cannot prevent and hardly at all ameliorate the spread of covid if there are no restrictions. Last year saw whole year groups regularly sent home week after week in my school. No restrictions means covid rules. The only way school continues is if they abandon testing and let it rule. Chaos awaits.
They can’t abandon testing as itvis unethical tonother kids and parents.
Ridiculous and mad govt. decisions from the word go in 2020. Abandoning restrictions all at oncexwas inane. Now more of it.
Sorry. People welcome to disagree. I am angry at ineptitude at the top! Even my own Conservative MP -a friend-agrees about restrictions. He doesn’t yet admit ineptitude in hiscown party but I wonder at times.

Winter will be tough unless restrictions intelligently (?) reintroduced.
Jackin I do take on board that testing has hiked in a week to over a million daily. But you can’t get an average of exactly 900,000. Unless you mean approximate average figure less or more than 900,000. Maths teacher lol

I just try to share ideas based on my far too long experience ( 35 years of trading) . I would prefer to be 20 years younger with less experience :-)
I hope I make my money back too . But I have gone from prince to pauper ( £500k to £1500 in 2014-2016) so my big loss is relative. I now have a third of what I had. Not bad after only having £1500. It is all true. But it screwed my health a treat. THen covid happened. So health is wealth. Still clambering up that ladder!! Gonna be a while.
Ncyt will take time.
Much more patience.
