RE: AGM re-scheduled29 Sep 2021 09:49
I agree that this is not such a bad thing.
It’s a poke up the bum with a sharp stick.
If they have any lumbar nerve endings then they have the opportunity to learn something, if they duly respond or not..who knows?
If enough shareholders got to gether ( UK law is 50%) the BOD can be sacked.
We did this with Infrastrata in 2017.
All through social media.
A hard task here and not necessarily the right thing.
But the BOD should be held accountable for nil duty of care. This is one step. Reflected apathy due to turning a blind eye to the importance of a huge private investor base. Which in itself is an error which should have been addressed. This level of private holdings is like a free direct voters’ election for the govt. without intermediary MP’s.
Wakey wakey.
The market ought to respond favourably to this.
It is a riposte ( return strike with epéé) .
Fencing was originally French and became embedded in English culture . Throwing down the glove or gauntlet as a challenge.
I know it’s just an analogy but UK and French botrrs have thrown down the glove and will Ncyt respond???????
