Congrats on the takeover, not a holder here but was 10 years ago. Will be interesting to see if it passes.

I suspect some of peoples gains will find their way into KEFI due to the similarities. A gold play, in a new growth area, hopefully signing a 330m finance package this week and becoming operational in about 18 months

I suspect the RNS is already written and those who are following KEFI already have taken their positions.

Would be nice to see some upward momentum leading into the news, but perhaps we will stay at this level and then simply explode when the RNS lands

There will be a lot of centamin investors looking to put their gains into the next new gold frontier explorer / producer

Such acquisitions are only a positive for Kefi and similar companies

The arrangement fee is circa £300k first draw down circa £10. They will likely getting volume over the coming days

I have read the RNS, I was referring to the Fees which they they receive and wash through here immediately to cover their exposure to the principal

I know very well how this works having been heavily invested in a company which did sell their mining asset during the Ukraine conflict (simply getting back what they had put in)

Quite frankly, I read the poster saying how great it was that the ceo was putting his shares up at collateral and strongly disagree.

My take is that he has absolutely no option as they would become worthless if he didn't.

There is going to be a lot of volatility and liquidity this morning which I suspect the lender will use to wash / forward sell their news shares

I hope people do OK here, but it's worth looking at other Russian mine company sales during the Ukraine conflict

Have been watching EUA for many years and not invested.

My take on Fridays RNS's for what it's worth.

- The company was lying to investors by saying the hold up was due to valuation of stock. It seems clear that the auditors could not sign off the accounts as a going concern due to cash.

- The fees for the loan are staggering and I can't ever see them drawing down the 2nd and 3rd tranches.

- I don't think a sale is forth coming, any aquirer simply has to wait 6 months and pick it up for peanuts when it goes pop

L2 is pretty static, Circa 2m on the bid and 0.57 and 2m on the ask at 0.59

The small trades going through arent really having an impact. I'm expecting the volume to pick up this afternoon and into close which will shift the share price up.

If they can, companies do like to release good news on a monday and bad news on a friday.
