The recent investor Q&A clearly said that all parties had agreed to have this finalised by the 11th.

The RNS on the 20th said the site visit had been prepared, it may very well have happened by now as wouldn't need to be RNS'd.

What is scheduled for September is full and final sign off by the financing syndicate.

During the Q & A they stated the deadline for sign off was before the Ethiopian New Year which is 11th September, so basically 7 trading days away.

The latest RNS gives themselves a bit of leeway as during the next month could be within 30 calendar days or the month September. Totally irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.

I personally think we will hear by the 11th and that we will see the share price climb next week in anticipation

The share price is holding just under 0.6 and the bid has risen to create a very small spread, that is the fact.

Such a move on this share is explained as market makers try to aquirer shares without letting the share price fly.

Where in the funding split does it say Kefi must contribute? It doesn't, because they dont!

The auditors continuously sign kefi off as a going concern and can show they they can raise funds from multiple sources as and when required.
