I think we will start to see chunky share price growth from next week as move towards sign off deadline.

(Plus market / buying activity usually increases when schools are back / summer vacations are over)

0.8 - 1p next week (Obviously just my opinion)

Cash spent on early works will be reclaimed from the project finance when signed off in a couple of weeks.

Any future raises required will be at multiples of today's price

AIM is a cesspit, raising funds is absolutely brutal. I don't think people realise how difficult it is for explorers to keep going and even get to DFS

AIM shares continuously have massive swings on very little, obviously if you've over invested and need to take cash out on a downswing it can be very painful.

I like the Warren Buffet quote of being greedy when everyone else is being fearful... I'd add in needing solid fundamentals and keeping some powder dry to top up on dips

Nobody is shorting or has been shorting this share recently.

Simply the impatience of AIM investors trying to make small gains off quick trades.

That appears to be the deadline, so finalising could occur prior leaving many missing out

I think it's important to realise that the deadline for sign off in one months time isn't set by Kefi.

It will have been agreed by all parties (government, kefi and financers) in order to progress the project onto Major Works.

With Low Risk and High Short Term reward, this is the best bet on AIM at the moment in my opinion

There wont be anybody short on Kefi.

Conditional approvals have been given by the financers, the government is behind it, the project has launched.

At some point over the next few weeks this will rocket.

I don't think there is a placing coming, especially as consultants etc took share I stead of cash oy a few months ago.

It's not uncommon to see tree shakes prior to good news

Volumes and values are tiny, not suggesting forward selling.

I think with the large PI base this is quite simply people taking some cash out for holidays

I don't think Magna Carta should be given any credit for the share price. It pretty much shows the sorry state of AIM and the follows the old adage of "sell in may and go away". We are pretty much where we were before he / she started posting their nonsense here.

Raising funds on AIM is tricky and many will quite happily lie and mislead for the sake of a few % on a trade.

That being said, mining companies that can get through and raise construction finance quite often experience explosive re-rates as they become significantly more investable.

I personally don't see any reason that Kefi's market cap shouldn't be £150m+, 3p on the back of Major Works commencing.

With it all scheduled to complete by this Ethiopean New Year (11th September), we have just 20 trading days to go.

I doubt anybody is short on Kefi when it could be 3 times the share price this time next month.

I suspect they have simply lost more than they could afford to here in the past and have been left very bitter.

As the ultimate event that proves them wrong approaches they will become more frantic and misleading in their posts.

Kefi received conditional approval from all financing parties months ago

In simple terms, if these conditions are met then financing will be signed off.

Subsequently the project launched, security is in place, all parties attended a site visit in the last weeks, community resettlement is advancing and everything is on track for major works launch and cash draw down in 2 months.

Seems to me that the conditions are clearly being met and we know all parties have greed for sign off in week 1 / 2 of September.

Artar would need to pay fair market value for our share, I think TW said following a discussion with Harry it would be about 60m. So about twice our current share price in cash.

Personally, I am expecting potential aquirers to be in Kefis data rooms early next year.

A fully financed mine with first mover state in Ethiopia.... A good stake and ever increasing resource in Saudi.

Kefi shareholders will be bought out well before Ethiopia comes into production and for about 10 times the current share price (in my opinion)

A solid update on Saudi and everything clearly on track for Major Works commencing as scheduled in October.

Financing full sign off coupled with Saudi MRE update could see this solidy into the 2 - 3p range
