From my posting history it is clear to see that I have only been invested here for just over a year, that I bought in initially at about 0.6p and have added at slightly above and below this price... So you are yet again posting false information.

The project has commenced with government security in place, site setup underway and final tweaks to the finance package to generate additional shareholder value... So you are wrong that the process has failed,it is actually proceeding as normal for a project such as this.

As for IQ's.... You are paying Tom Winnifrith £100 per year to get regularly get owned. I am happy to do it for free here. You're welcome

I dont think shareholders are jittery. We know that part of the delay is due to KEFI in negotiation to reduce the equity component which provides a sizeable benefit to us shareholders.

We also know that over the past few months the following site activities have / are occurring

- Construction camp construction began

- Drilling of water wells

- Installation of security camps

- Air strip upgraded

- Government and private security appointed

And from a financing side

- Government is ready to provide all ratifications to finalise

- All co-lender requests to date have been satisfied

- Presently negotiating lower equity requirement

Meanwhile

- Studies being undertaken to increase processing capacity by a minimum of 20% by utilising underground mine development within existing capex

The above wouldn't be happening if there was any doubt of this project starting now and the Ethiopean Government certainly wouldn't have deployed a valuable security resource to stand around a green field and watch the grass grow.

We simply have a few posters who can't accept their investment mistakes and will post any false or misleading information again and again and again, irrespective of how many time genuine holders correct them with the facts.

So you don't believe that the company has done 130,000m of drilling, has a DFS, banking case, government support and a financial syndicate.

If you don't understand the most simple concept that proving up a resource and delivering a DFS / Banking case costs money, then you really should not be investing in this industry

"You ignore all facts and take harry and his word as truth"...... The facts are that external parties and are putting pen to paper, granting conditional approvals and that this project has started.

You are so bitter towards Harry for your losses it is preventing you from seeing that it is not just about what he says anymore.

You do not post facts. You repeatedly and deliberately post false and misleading information.

Take yesterday for example (and multiple times in the past), you posted that KEFI had missed the dry season and would therefore be delayed a year.

The dry season has just started and so you were either deliberately misleading investors here or your knowledge / research of Kefi is massively lacking.

It's really not surprising to us that you have lost more than you could afford to here.

The project has started, that's a fact. There is not a hard and fast line that separates early and main works, they are interwoven and progressing

Its great that you recognize the importance of the Dry season in Ethiopia.

You do realise that the wet season in Ethiopia is June to September and we are now entering the Dry Season (October to May), which ties in nicely with the commencement of Major Works.

For the board to achieve the eyewatering share price we can all see as possible, they need to take their time now to get the best possible finance deal (I. E. Reduce the equity)

I personally think we are days / a couple of weeks away from a serious multibag.

Imagine if they release the RNS on Monday with the summary economics at reduced equity, a gold price of $2700 and underground.... BOOOM

I don't feel there is anything suspicious, we know exactly what they are currently doing which is working on a more favourable debt to equity split

The company has told shareholders that the delay is primarily because they are in discussions to increase the debt borrowing to reduce the equity portion, which can be done due to the strong gold price and outlook.

Certainly not the actions of a bank with cold feet

On a few occasions I have seen an RNS follow a 1 trade, so there is (was) some truth in it.

Over the last few years the growth in trading apps that let people buy and sell shares at the full bid / ask without the trading fees has greatly increased the number of smaller trades going through, so it has become a lot more common to see trades that were historically market signals

Everything on track and looking to get an even better financing deal

The problem is that it can't be sorted later as the equity would have been lost.

Get the best possible finance deal which will maximise shareholder return.

What will every 1% of equity saved in NPV terms mean to us..... Say 5 million.... A 5 to 10% equity saving could be worth 25 to 50 million... Definitely worth trying to get now, and I don't imagine it will prolong things

Just listened to TW Bearcast and that Kefi are looking for more Debt to reduce the Equity portion. Very positive news for shareholders

Are you referring to the Saudi assets of which it would cost Artar about $60m to buy our share?
