I don't doubt it is beneficial for the project / shareholders, but would be interesting to know what levels and why.

It has taken on average about 18 years for mines started in 2020–23 to have gone from discovery to start up and it is getting longer.

Taking 2009 as the discovery stage and start up in 2025, Kefi will have done it in 16 years.

How long a frog sits in water is completely irrelevant. How much money i make when this re-rates and future dividends with Gold at all time highs is all that matters.

If it takes a few more weeks to get the best possible financing terms, so be it.

Whilst todays RNS simply lumps all of the Q4 activities together, the RNS on 18th Sep reflected the sequencing of these activities.

"We steadily work through the Early Works programme and preparing for the launch of Major Works. We remain on track for entering into definitive commitments from the funding syndicate next month (october), enabling financial close and triggering of the Major Works"

Everything on track, a short term bank loan available and early works expenditure will be recoverable by Kefi from the financing package.

Bring on that signature :)

From recollection, for the recent occasions he declared it after the fact

TW's bearcast yesterday was extremely intriguing with content striking me as odd.

The Kefi section was all about him not contacting Harry every 5 minutes for updates and ruining their relationship, perfectly reasonable.

But .... He then goes on to let us know that he's been told interims will be released Monday at 7am.

So he has been in contact with Harry and if it was just to see if interims will be on time then I think it goes against the point of his episode of bothering Harry for non important things.

During the episode he makes no mention of financing sign off, completely ignores it.

Just my opinion, but i think more was discussed and Harry made Tom an insider (he's done so before)

2m on the bid at 0.62 and above, seems fine to me.

Early works costs will be recoverable under the financing and first draw down next month.

The latest RNS states that everything is on track for Major Works commencing next month which will require sign off and first drawdown.

It seems clear that Harry doesn't know exactly when sign off will be as was hopeful of the 20th just a week beforehand, but it really can land at any time now.

The bid has been nicely creeping up and the ask has been stronger this week.

Gold not far off 2700 with 3k looking a given this year.

People invested here are going to make a phenomenal amount of money in my opinion

Imminent signing of 300m package that can be repaid in first year of operations is what's in the cards

Bid is strengthening up, the news could land at anytime

With the US cutting interest rates by more than expected and more to come by the end of the year, gold should see further gains. 3000 by the end of the year seems achievable

On track means Major Works launch next month and first cash drawdown

Harry is progressing as he should and the 2nd bank approval is in the bag as far as I'm concerned.

A explosive upward rerate is imminent and I expect people to be very surprised at how high this will go.

I don't think many private investors have really understood the value in TK

A very positive presentation, The relationships that Harry has obviously built are priceless and stand Kefi in great stead now and in the future.

At which point they will be able to recover all of their Early Works expenditure (From May) as well as charge a significant amount of Directors time to the project going forward.

The publicity that KEFI will receive when they sign off the funding package and RNS it will be huge.

Those that have waited so long won't mind waiting until operations to realise the true value but will have the opportunity to take cash out along the way if they wish.

Offtakes, institutional buying (from market), secondary exchanges, gold at 3k.... Will all have a huge impact on the share price.
