We all know that it wasn't a 10% sale and that the dilution right now to to raise 7m to keep the 25% position would have been horrendous and simply not worth it to us holders.

The key difference is that with Kefi now down to 15% and TK financing very close to sign off. Kefi could likely maintain its share forever more and will only become more expensive for Artar to buy us out.

We don't know how hungry Artar are to have 100% ownership or who else may be interested in having an investment stake in GMCO

So worth about 0.6 to 1p per share

People haven't been buying into Kefi for the Saudi assets, they are buying for the 10 to 20 bagger over the next 12 months.

The extra 30 or whatever million we get from Saudi ensures our returns without further dilution.

It also will let kefi prove up new / surrounding prospects without dilution

It makes kefi an even better short term investment.

No RNS for a delay, banks have already approved so no idea why people think there is now additional requirements.

If there was any delay expected to financing and project start they would have to say.

Am expecting the Saudi sale to very quick. Don't expect Artar to want to wait until kefi has a substantially higher share price in 6 months and can keep it's 15% share

From TW's bearcast, it sounds like Kefi & Artar have been talking about this for a while, so this could be wrapped up pretty quickly.

Worth remembering that we were already below the threshold at which Artar could buy us out.

The reality is that Artar don't need us and are going to accelerate the works which would be very dilutive for us going forward. I suspect they can live with buying us out for 40m now and has probably been the plan for a while.

Get Saudi sold for a fair price, no more dilution to us, get TK producing and have a strong stream of upcoming ethiopean assets with cash to fund them

Again, looking like a lovely cash windfall incoming to allow Kefi to really focus on Ethiopia without any risk of dilution for us shareholders

Should ARTAR choose to purchase our share it is at fair market value. From recollection 25% was about 60m probably more following this years work. So lets say about 40m plus.

The sale may not be to ARTAR though. There may be a sale to another party looking to be involved in Saudi who has deeper pockets that KEFI. This may command a premium with competitive bidding

No doubt this will happen in some way now and Kefi will receive a large amount of cash, just a question of when

Personally I want the x10 share price over the next year and then incredible dividends TK will generate going forward

I don't want to lose half of those gains now for assets that will only really effect our share price in say 3 years

It's not really selling the family jewels when we haven't even paid for them. We were always going to be a minority partner and the dilution is simply too expensive.

The release of this RNS signifies to me that the sale is pretty much a done deal.

Full focus on Ethiopia and will probably receive adout 30m.

Can see it easily moving through the 0.7's by the end of the week with such large volumes being purchased

Easiest and most nailed on short term multibag on AIM which will be followed by sustained share price growth towards production

I don't think it will be long at all. The government has deployed capital in security and will now want construction progressing. They wont be a blocker on this happening

Ties in with production starting mid 2026 as we have been told and then ramping up to full production 6 to 9 months later

This is a done deal with all parties so clearly aligned.

I think the remaining items will occur a lot quicker than many are expecting
