Everything appears to be progressing really well

This is what makes it such an exciting time for investors to be taking a position in Kefi.

The market will look very favorably on Kefi as it demonstrates that it can prove up a discovery, achieve financing and progress through to production.

I liked the interview too. Short and to the point.

Once the financing is finalised this will fly and likely give some value to Saudi and whatever these new license areas are that they have been working on in the background

Kefi is about to rerate phenomenally ( I recon 25% in the next few days) and then he will disappear again

Completion of preparation for community resettlement:

Continually expanding community resettlement-preparations down to individual households.

Detailed engineering for procurement;

Detailed construction engineering on key long-lead items being prepared for placing orders.

Community consultations on social development plans:

Plans for community development being explained as it is a new experience for local people.

Recruitment and other organisational development.

Local employment will climb as we complete the dismantling of the old exploration camp on top of the orebody installation and installing the initial policing camp,

More Ethiopian recruits onto Boards of Directors and management teams.

Concurrent closing of project financing:

We will be pleased to provide a monthly Tulu Kapi update RNS on:

Independent monitoring of Early Works;

Satisfaction of other conditions precedent, all usual and mostly Government-administrative;

Execution of definitive detailed documentation;

Drawdown equity-risk capital October 2024 to mid-2025 followed by debt capital. All committed up-front

Therefore Early Works fall into two sets of tasks:

demonstrating that Early Works on the ground have been completed safely for the protection of the community following the recently installed Federal Mining Police; and

dotting the i’s and crossing t’s on all administrative matters and the associated administrative documents, all of which have been drafted.

This sequence is designed to protect all stakeholders, including KEFI shareholders.

Agreed, it would be great to see a quarterly newsletter showing progress photos etc. so that PI's could feel more connected to the project and its progress, perhaps this is something that may come with Major Works.

What I would say is that every RNS that Kefi issue will be given to all members of the Finance syndicate who will already be receiving evidence of activities to allow full sign off. I don't believe for one minute that what we are being told is not actually happening.

I've not been invested here long and from reading historic RNS can understand long term investors frustrations. That being said, it looks like they are going to feel a lot better very soon

Great to hear that Early Works are progressing extremely well and nteresting to read what they intend to do with the excess 85m cash per year they start generating from 2026.... Including dividends.

You say that you "just can't see it", it seems to me and i'm sure many others on here that its more a case of you not wanting to accept it or not really understanding the Early Works phase of major projects.

As for Robs articles, they show the positives that are happening in the country and mining sector around Kefi, hence very relevant to investors here.

The amendments to the scheme is a good result. Well done TW & fellow shareholders who contacted the company.

Personally, I would like to have seen all the bonuses as a fixed number of shares granted (no cash option), with a sizable tranche linked to TK becoming operational within budget and on time (I believe bonuses should be linked for over performing and not just doing what you are salaried for).

Just 8 trading days to the AGM and meeting of all financing parties.

TW also said that KEFI would look to put somebody truly independent on the remuneration committee and that the current person was fairly new and wasn't aware of the previous agreement.

A good result, but really should not have got to this. Kefi seems to be totally oblivious to the optics and it's shareholder base

2 Weeks tomorrow and the 60 days is up and we know the finance syndicate are all meeting, then 3 days later the AGM.

Expecting somee healthy share price increase leading up to the event

Personally I used the opportunity to add a few million yesterday and this morning :)

Sold the rest of my shares here, fully out.

Was able to sell a good chunk of shares mid and high 20's. Put it into Kefi.
