@Bline - you made a decision based on the evidence available at the time and now want to complain about it because you wish you had made a different decision. Don't blame anyone else for that but yourself.
Similarly, you made a risk based decision at 35p. It just so happens you're happier with that decision.
@DPC, of course it's not good news but at the minute it's not really bad news. If they keep selling then it may be more worrying but maybe Polar bought more than they ever intended back when shares were cheap and selling before these results could mean they are virtually risk free here.
Which would actually be a very smart strategy
Meant to add the link for anyone interested

@Alinz - maybe we have all set our expectations too high for the HT. What would be defined as success in that trial, particularly given the size? You would need a large proportion of the placebo group to get sick to show really impressive numbers. The percentages may look good for us but the scale of the trial will likely lead to the same criticisms as before about the sample size being to small to be conclusive.
People have picked up on a very specific part of what RM said in his answer to that question.
He went on to talk about the outcomes for patients in the longer term after receiving the drug. So what we could see is actually that giving the drug earlier in the home trial maybe doesn't have the same headline numbers over the short term but has better outcomes for patients over a longer period of time - which would be absolutely huge!!
There are many of us here who firmly believe in the product and company - but it's still not nice to see your investment decreasing so it's nice to see the SP bounce back today.
Well don't to those who topped up yesterday. Took a bit of courage to do so but rewarded already.
There may still be a bit of volatility ahead but there is a good group of investors here. Keep blocking out the noise and remember that the daily SP doesn't affect the fundamentals of why you invested in the first place.
I can't believe people are so positive about this news.
Scientists have predicted for years there would be a global pandemic but only now are we seeking approval for use in these countries. SH should have had this application in back in 1999 to make sure we were ready. He was probably too busy concentrating on the millennium bug - which members of this cult probably still think SNG001 can treat. Aside from that, this is another day where I haven't had a phone call from Synairgen to reassure me my investment is safe, apologise for the current SP and tell me exactly how much I will make and when.
Honestly don't know why I bother to stay invested in this company.
PS - tongue firmly in cheek, thought I would see what it's like being a de-ramper. Great find and more evidence that progress is being made.
@gggg - logically I agree with everything you've said. All of the evidence points to this working and in turn big profits.
Genuinely, my nagging doubt is that things like this just don't happen to me. Other people back the 50/1 grand national winner, get 5 balls in the lottery, win the half time football draw - not me.
Others here have far more invested than me but I am all in here. If this hits £5+ then I am debt free (which is why I don't get worked up like some by Aston's predictions!) Anything beyond that is a bonus, but to get there we just need this to work.
Maybe others are in the same boat, something great like this doesn't usually happen to them.
