In my opinion this share currently sits in a bit of no-mans land which is why the SP is so volatile.
For your casual investor, they know nothing about Synairgen. They don't know about the science, the product,the name. There is nothing here that makes them want to put money in here and leave it.
For the big boys, it's not a risk they need to take. Polar obviously have but if you manage a fund then you can afford to watch from a distance, wait for the results to come out. For them it doesn't matter if they buy in at 350p when results are announced, rather than 100p a wee while back.
Day traders - kinda similar to your casual investor except willing to put some money in and take a quick profit.
All of this changes with successful results and sales though.
Anyway, why are we 3% down? Because just now we're still a small bio firm from Southampton. Could all change overnight though - which is why we are all here!
