UK number 2 in the number of new infections today

As we expected the same reason they have held uk-rtc antibody home use approval, as positive results would give reassurance and not abiding the rules

Just , pressed the schedule button, doesn’t offer the visitect test, emailed them asking if there was an issue with the website as I couldn’t schedule the test, they said

It is correct that the Visitect test for the 3 Antibodies. However for some reason the Biozek has proved far popular and there is no medical reasons we no longer offer the Visitect it is just a matter of demand.

I tried to book a visitect antibody test from (https://www.ppe4trade.com/visitect-rapid-finger-prick-antibody-kit) but couldn’t get a test, after emailing to ask why i got

@StuJune90, the £912M tender is “proposed framework” so unlikely to be awarded to a single company

CE mark is not. Requirement to enter the tender process, a PHE test 3 success and the capacity to supply is, CE mark would be needed by the supply date

@Bannister04, Testing for antibodies regularly, true but on a much reduced statistical basis unless its found that there is a further step reduction in antibody count later along the line

Clear demonstration of why we are in the 50's, is news good or is news bad, unless we here from ODX we can all just continue to speculate

This "disposal" issue has been one of the reasons muted for the MHRA to be withholding home use approval of the UK-RTC antibody tests. they don't want the country littered with LFTs like it is becoming littered with face masks

"P.R" isn't something ODX do with regards investor relations, and Walbrook are worse than useless, Its RNS or nothing with ODX

The £75 Million ABDX Tender is a framework agreement for the UK-RTC test, it is not a confirmed contract, the only confirmed contract for supply the UK-RTC (ABDX) have received to date is the 1M tests previously announced via RNS

Basically what the framework agreement means is that the UK government can draw down on the £75M worth of tests without issuing new contracts, but they haven't as yet

Lack of sales for the antibody test (via Screen4 or other distributors) is a you say the million dollar question.

We don't however know the terms of the consortium agreement for supply outside of the UK government framework. (We think the profit per unit will be higher, but will be have the same 25% of the units to supply ?) Also remember we already have the Mologic antibody test that we could be selling already.

Surely the news on prolonged antibody protection this morning means the MHRA now have no justification for withholding MHRA approval of the UK-RTC antibody test.

Vaccination = Known protection
Previous tested Infection = Known Protection

The only thing missing is previous asymptomatic or none tested infections which need an antibody test

@noodle_26, CE Mark covers a number of things including manufacturing process and quality control so each individual manufacture needs to be assessed for their own CE Mark
