Ignoring the lack of demand from the UK-RTC, why are we not seeing any traction on the "VISITECT® COVID-19 IgM/IgA/IgG" test, that would appear to be fully under our own control? CE Marked at the start of September, no traction, no news, no sales, is this another ELISA shambles.

I can see the UK-RTC contract being cancelled and the demand being issued under the new Tender processes announced over last couple of days

I think ODX will still make the tests but the current framework doesn't look good, and we will need to re-tender for the demand, rather than expecting it to come under the existing agreement

Apart from here... no logic that a "major player" in the UK diagnostics industry is this stagnant in the middle of the deepest part of a global pandemic, something is surely wrong, market sentiment evaporated from this share and we don't have the BoD that can recover it

Because it was a framework and not a confirmed order, the call off (the demand for tests) has not gone beyond the initial 1m announced

There is no NDA , beyond the initial contract for 1M tests , there is no further contract yet, there is simply an agreed framework for possible future requests

I recently queried the structure of the DHSC contract and the possibility on us reaching the 25th December without achieving MHRA approval, and whether they should have made the same disclosure that ABDX had done in their admission document. Walbrook responded with

They have a test at the right time, we have promises and silence, simple economics, if you don't have a product you cant make sales. For all the bluster from CK around capacity, we have nothing to sell the government in the time of need, don't have a go at them for buying what they can when they can, perhaps we will have a product available for the next round, perhaps not.

If we don't get MHRA approval by then we are in a world of pain, hopefully the UK-RTC are pushing this everyday with the regulator, surely they cant delay much longer

I have never seen such a poor RNS, it shows little respect for investors, says nothing of what the issues have been, what the likely impact on the approval timeline, in fact says more about the BOD attitude than anything else. Its reads like they cant be arsed

Surely this is made for the Uk-Rtc, if it doesnt secure this 30m, there would be little or no point to the consortium

Lets assume the ABC test goes the same route as the ELISA, ie zero sales (apart from the 175K we surely have already delivered to the UK government), Colin has alway focused on the CD4 and Food Tolerance opportunities, so without COVID revenue streams, what is ODX worth?, surely we are approaching that point now?
